We had a low chance of rain today. Only saw one small cell on the radar and it was a long way from us. Had to water my new sod. Was beginning to look like it was wilting a bit. Going to have a high water bill next time. The next chance of rain is on Monday. Going to be hot and dry again tomorrow. I hope there is some thundershowers and we get lucky enough to be under one. Looking like we might be in for a fairly long dry spell. Tonight outside my gauge shows it to be about 85°F with 80% humidity. Officially at the airport it is 83°F with 84% humidity. Not just a comfortable outside sleeping weather. Wonder how people slept at night without air conditioning.
Didn't do any work in the shop today but I did install the other vertical sealing strip on the garage door. Still have the horizontal one to do. Not going to be as easy nailing above my head. Did water the yard and really got hot and sweating installing the sealing strip after that.
Didn't do any kind of housework today. Not even my usual kitchen duty. I just remembered I needed to put my load of whites into the dryer. Just did that.
Didn't do any kind of wood working. I did finish mounting the face plate to my four place USB power supply and glued it to its base. I also finished reinstalling my solar center instrument and control panel. Still have one voltmeter to wire though. That was my project work.
Didn't pay any bills today and I remember for once that this mornings incense burn was black cherry.
Twist was a lap cat this evening. Just hops up into my lap and gets comfortable and goes to sleep. Neither cat snuggled with me last night.
Had some red velvet cake for dessert for both lunch and dinner. Tried some pita bread pocket sandwiches for lunch today. Actually good and super easy to prepare.
Since it is Saturday no gold and crude report tonight.
Didn't get the car out today. Won't go out for a drive tonight. Probably need to do the start, run and drive for the truck tomorrow.
Got two items in today. I got my plexiglass rods and my auction win from the Museum and Natural Science in today. Down to just two items on my eBay list. Might actually have nothing remaining to come in after next week. Both my wood orders should be in next week.
Watched more of The Manifest. Only three seasons and it was cancelled so probably will never know how it will all end if another network doesn't pick it up. Added in YouTube videos to complete my viewing pleasure.
Tomorrow is LOL Cats. I always looks forward to that.
Nothing soon on the launch schedule. Check back again.
Brought the recycle bin back up in front of the truck.
Today was almost a good day. Felt much better than the last five. Can always use more days like this but they seem to happen so rarely now. Slept late this morning.
Now four days into September. Started my recharge today. Almost forgot about it.
Don't think I got paid yet. Checked earlier and nothing. Never really know when.
Going to start a new HEB Delivery Order. Add the seven items I was suppose to get first. Kind of mad about that screw up.
Kind of tired tonight although I didn't do much. Did straighten up the mad scientist table a little.
I think that is going to do it for tonight.
