Rain done nothing today.

Looks like we got possible the last dry day for a few more days. Looking at the forecast the rest of the week and on into next week look like some pretty solid chances for rain. Might be a bit wet for a while to come. I hope they don't cancel the shredding event again. Much closer to drive to Missouri City for that. The company does offer free shredding but it is considerable further away. So since my outside temperature gauge is still not outside let's take a look at the official temperature at the airport. They say it is 78°F with 87% humidity and a ton of mosquitos outside. Don't know if they are going to offer the mosquito spraying or not this year but sure do need it. Temperatures are going to stay close to the mid 80's. Bearable for sure if the humidity doesn't get to high. Still might have acceptable weather for doing some shop work for just a while longer.

Since this was a holiday nothing was delivered. I did order a few more things though. I ordered a couple of small speakers for my radio project and some 3/4" pin nails for my radio project also. Place an order with Costco tonight. Mostly just wanted the Arizona Ice Tea but had to get my order above $75 to get free shipping so I found a few more items I could use. And some that will get used. From tracking I will probably get three eBay items in and maybe my last Rockler router bit. Costco is supposed to deliver in two days so it should be here Thursday I think. The speakers are coming in from China so going to take awhile. I have some papyrus coming in from Egypt too. Going to cut it up into photo size and print on it. My printer does a fair job of it but the ink isn't OEM. So a bit less on the quality.

The depression is manageable tonight. Keep trying to block out a few things that it really does me no good to think about. Still having odd dreams that I wish I didn't have. Work and school dreams. Not the best of subjects.

Gold moved slightly higher into $1900 and ounce. Maybe inflation fears are driving the price up. Crude made another attempt today to reach its 52 week high but just didn't quite make it. Got close. Maybe tomorrow.

For housework today I ran the dishwasher and cleaned up the kitchen. Vacuumed the hall. I need to change out the bag in the vacuum cleaning. Getting full. Most of it is probably cat hair. Did a load of T-shirts and put them in the dryer. Will run that tonight.

No real project work. Set up a Raspberry Pi for my push button work but don't have a micro sd card for it. Should come in this week.

Did do some woodworking Did some work on my radio and drilled holes for the speakers. I think the vertical grain is going to work. Kind of bending the hard way but I am going to try it.

No lap cat tonight. No junk calls today. Usually the case for Sunday. No bills paid today but I do plan to take the lawn company bill to the mailbox tonight. Should be empty. Sunday night it is always full.

Got my HEB delivery order in today. Didn't really want the diet Arizona Ice Tea but I did want my candy. Can't just cancel one substitution so I let it go through. This time I did get my Ben and Jerry's ice cream. And I did order some candy. Haven't had a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup in a very long time. Got my order situated and didn't have any problems fitting all the frozen food into my refrigerators.

Don't want to forget to pay my quarterly income tax payment. That is coming up soon.

Now there is a Falcon 9 scheduled to launch on June 3rd and on June 6th. Services must be in demand.

Going to be ready for bed.

Car is fully charged.

For my viewing pleasure today I watched YouTube Videos and NetFlix. More Camp Cretaceous. I think the new episodes of Lucifer start tomorrow. I think this is the last season though. Probably more episodes of the Flash will show up soon.

Already got the shop sorted.

Probably going to put my trash bin out tomorrow. Not full but just need to get it empty.

Hopefully get to listen to rain on my skylight and hope the weather is not too bad. My rain gauge is empty so I can measure the rain. Forecast says as early as 3:00 am. Does look like a pretty good front heading this way. Hard to say when it will get here. Hope we don't lose power again. Not really any better ready for it. Just a little more. Do have a couple of light towers ready mostly. Rare that we lose power during a storm.

I think I am going to the post office.
