Early rain this morning.

Only got about a tenth of an inch. Was expecting a whole lot more looking at the storm on radar but it was like it got pulled apart and just the thin middle past over us. Much larger both way north and way south of us and we got just a very narrow moderate rain. A respectably high chance of rain both tomorrow and Thursday. For tomorrow it looks like the rain might start about 10:00 am or so and last into the afternoon. Now to once again get the official temperature at the airport. I should make it one of my official things to do soon to get my outside temperature gauge back outside. So, officially it is 74°F with 84% humidity. A little cooler that it was last night. At least cooler than it is in the house. I even see a high in the 70's this week. So Moderate temperatures. And it wasn't too bad in the shop except for having to fight off the mosquitos. They are really out in force.

So, for today I didn't order anything off of eBay. That is kind of unusual for me lately but I did get three items in today. I got my marking gauge, my router bit and my Ping-Pong balls. So three down. Still have a lot I am waiting on from eBay and still waiting on my router bit from Rockler. Now I also have an outstanding order from Costco too. Not exactly sure what two day delivery means but I should have it tomorrow or Thursday depending on the definition of two day delivery. Still need a few more parts for my radio project but can't really depend on shop time to build the case so I am going to hold off for awhile. Mostly need amplifiers. Looking at tracking I am not expecting anything in tomorrow.

For house work today I put the dishes up, cleaned up the kitchen and hung up my T-shirts to let them finish drying. I didn't run the dryer long enough to completely dry them. Vacuumed the master bedroom.

For wood working I built a little holder for the power supply to my modem so I could mount it under the bar top. Got it out of the way. Just a little thing but does help. I tried to set up for the cut to my chair legs but got run out of the shop by the mosquitoes.

Now for project work. I got the four pins I needed for my radio project solder on to the Raspberry Pi OW. Didn't do the best of job on the first three but the fourth one looked great. Got it attached to a base. Forgot to turn on the I2C input so it wouldn't work at first but after I did that it worked fine. Still running.

Was depressed earlier but feeling better now. Always ready to put another one in the books and start over.

Still need to sort out the shop. Mosquito filled and all. Got to do it though. Don't think I am going out for a drive.

For viewing pleasure today I did all three. Watched YouTube videos, NetFlix and The Curse of Oak Island. Got pretty much everything I had on my list to do today done so I watch a little bit of television.

Today is the start of June. Two Falcon 9 Launches almost back to back. One on the 3rd. Another on the 6th.

Looks like gold was in $1900 an ounce but has now dropped back into $1800 an ounce. Crude looks like it just set another 52 week high. Not by a lot but still a new high. Has since fallen back. Got to watch it now. Seems like it is trending up. Gas prices didn't look like they have gone up though.

Had some of my Reese's Peanut Butter Cups Thins. Very good. Hard not to eat them all. Had my Salad tonight. Always like a good salad.

Got two junk calls today and one annoying call.

Twist was somewhat of a lap cat today. Got into my lap while I was working at my mad scientist table. Tried to pet him as long as I could.

No bills paid today.

My lawn company came today. Yard is mowed. Didn't come last week.

Missed girl scout cookies this year.

Heard the ball Park's fireworks display. Not friday night so I don't know why.

Major train accident involving a motorcycle last night. Had to detore four times because the train had a lot of intersections blocked. Finally took the overpass and got my lawn care bill mailed.

Going to brave the shop and get it put away.

Got my trash bin put out tonight. Not full but starting to smell. Needs to be emptied.

Already working on my next HEB Delivery. Putting in items I need to restock.

Kind of thinking that is going to do it for tonight.
