In the forecast but I don't think we got any rain.

Had a decent chance of rain today in the forecast but I don't think we got any. Kind of hard to remember as days seem to roll into each other. I did get two junk calls today and forgot to mention that yesterday I got three. My outside temperature gauge says it is 70°F with 78% humidity. Was outside just a few minutes ago and it felt really nice outside. The mosquitos are already quite active so I was just outside briefly. Officially it is 70°F with 77% humidity. Looking like for the next week or so we are going to have some really nice and moderate temperatures. Even getting almost cold at nights. But summer is on the way and it won't be long. Just have to enjoy the weather for as long as possible. It does make great shop weather. So trying to get my project finished before the weather does turn hot and miserable. Think I am on track to be done.

Got an eBay item in today. My 90° water tight elbow for my transfer switch. Looking like I might get three items in tomorrow and another on Saturday. If that is the case it will pretty much clear up my eBay orders except for one and I don't know where it is. Seems to have disappeared. I think my solar charge controller will be in on Saturday too. Don't know when my router bit from Rockler will get here. And that will be the last item on my list. Still need to order more wood for my dresser.

Paid my electric bill yesterday.

For housework today I fixed the loose board on my fence and now have that nice and secure. Only took about five minutes and probably has been loose for several years now. Thought of a quick way to fix it. Just in and done. That was about it for housework. Should really put my used dished in the dishwasher but didn't.

No project work today.

Again concentrated on wood working. Got the first dust frame installed and the second one almost ready to install. Hopefully tomorrow installing the dust frames will move pretty quickly. Still have one more dust frame to finish. Still a lot of work to custom cut and install pieces. Then make all the drawers. Spending too much time in the shop. Want to get this one done. I worry too much about my big projects.

Fozzy just made an appearance as lap cat.

Already got the shop sorted out except for my collapsible work bench. Doesn't take long to take that down and put it up.

Didn't sleep all that well last night. Got a fresh supply of melatonin. I was starting to run low. I think it helps me get to sleep.

Don't think I am going for a drive tonight. Just going to put up the car.

Into day nine since my minor surgery. The stitches didn't itch for the most part of the day but they do now. Don't think I had to wait this long the last time I had stitches. But going to follow the doctors orders. I have made it through nine days.

Tomorrow is cheese sandwich day. I do have some fresh bread this time to make them. Fresh cheese too.

Since tonight's Thursday night I will check to see if it is a premium channel free preview weekend. Still get them occasionally. The increase in speed doesn't seem to make a difference though on my TV. Haven't really watched it that much to really know though.

Gold broke through into the upper half of $1700 an ounce today. Crude gained a fraction after its nice gain yesterday.

No change in the launch schedule.

Waiting for another Ashley podcast.

Still no notice on the silver bar I want.

Thinking about more projects. Might paint the sides of my house. Ladder work but not that high like the front of my house. A two tone paint job is going to be expensive. At least I can paint the sides in two tone.

Need to apply for my over 65 exemption for my house. Trying to do that on line but I need my driver's license number but can't get to it because Fozzy is in my lap. Just going to wait.

Just placed an order with Home Depot for Kerosene, some paint and some wood for my dresser. So a while longer before all of my orders are cleared.

Got the car put up. Not on charge though.

Filed for an homestead exemption and an over 65 exemption. Have done it before. For some reason it was never process and I never got the over 65 exemption. Don't know why.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.

Mostly just a slow day long drizzle.

Not sure there is a good word that describes the rain today. Had kind of a light mist/drizzle/rain all day long. Did have a few time where it was definitely rain. Over all I don't think we got much precipitation though. I haven't checked my rain gauge tonight. Did at least get a couple of times I could relax and listen to the rain fall on my sky light. Got my Aladdin lit in my office tonight to take a little bit of the chill out of the office. My outside temperature gauge says it is 67°F with 100% humidity. Officially it is 68°F with 93% humidity. Possibly more rain tomorrow but that looks like it for awhile. Going to be pretty cool tomorrow and almost turning cold at night. Looks like cooler weather for a few more days. It has been great shop weather.

Not a record eBay day but I got three items in from eBay. I got my 1" water tight flex, my USB hub so I can program on my Raspberry Pi 0, and my Danish oil so I can finish my dresser. I also got my New Solar Charge Controller in today also. Wasn't expecting that until tomorrow but got it today. I have one thing that might make it in tomorrow from eBay and that is really going to be it for eBay. I haven't ordered anything else. I did order some items from Home Depot. I ordered kerosene, black paint to paint the back of my cabinets and more poplar to make the drawers for my dresser. Also ordered some red oak project boards to use to make the bottoms of my drawers.

For wood working today I think I made good progress today but I never seem to get done what I had planned to do. I got two more of my dust frames installed today and finished making the fifth dust frame. I had planned to get all of the remaining dust frames installed today but didn't even come close to that. It always takes more time than I think it will. Hopefully tomorrow I can get the last two dust frames installed and start putting on the face frame and maybe build the bottom skirt board. Still so much to do. I think my jig for cutting slots in the drawers will work for my longer wider drawers. That will save time. Having that jig really makes the time required to cut the slots in the drawer fronts a lot less and makes them far more consistent.

For housework today I vacuumed the hall and part of the living/dinning room and I also drilled one more hole for the transfer switch. Going to epoxy that bolt in tomorrow. Also I should get the last piece I need to install my transfer switch tomorrow.

Nothing in the way of project work. Kind of letting that take a back seat as I work on my dresser.

I did have my cheese sandwich today. On whole wheat bread. Still good.

Twist did pay a visit to my lap earlier in the day. Didn't stay too long though.

This is day ten of my minor surgery. I realized that the 20th is on a Tuesday. So one less day for these to itch. Not bad now but they do tend to itch. Looking forward to getting them removed. The last stitches I had removed only took about a minute. I have internal stitches too which are suppose to be absorbed. I hope those aren't the ones that are itching. At least I won't have to do the vaseline band aid after next tuesday. At least I hope not.

Got two junk calls today. Didn't pay any bills today. Got both my trash bin and my recycle bin set out tonight. Trash bin is not near full but I wanted to get it put out. My recycle bin is mostly full of cardboard and cardboard boxes.

My Aladin is slowly warming it up in here. Don't have it turned up very high. Do have my oil lamp night light in my office too.

Fiber optic cable is buried. Don't have to worry about my lawn company cutting it.

Should get a new TV. But I don't watch the one I've got really and it is pretty good TV. Not a premium channel free preview weekend this weekend.
