Passed through another rain free day.

Just a really really nice day even though we didn't get any rain. Was a warmer day. Warm enough to spend a good deal of it out in the shop doing wood working. Kind of hard to be inside and claim credit for things done around the house when the shop weather is just about right. Looking ahead we have a higher than normal chance for rain pretty much all week except for tomorrow. Not much chance. Can't really believe the temperatures for the rest of the month. All pretty moderated even night time lows. Always subject to change though. It is the weather.

Rarely a total eBay day on Sunday although it has happened. I don't know what qualifies as important enough by the United States Postal Service to be delivered on Sunday. I did order something that was probably stupid and an impulse buy. We will see if I actually use it but I do want to try. Probably will kill me though or make me feel like it. Still, why not. Now have four things outstanding on eBay, one from Aladdin Lamp Company and one from Rockler. Still have one item that came in from eBay yesterday still in my mail box. I will get it when I go out to put the car up.

Already got the shop sorted. Wasn't in too big of a mess. I really do need to dedicate some time to just organizing. I should do that after I finish my entertainment center and do it before I start another project. I will put the car up later.

No house work or project work today. Spend all of my time wood working. Probably need to clean the kitchen again tomorrow and run the dishwasher. Seems I am always running out of dishes and silverware. Good on laundry for awhile. Do have the tent set up but haven't spent any time out there. Going to be too cold tonight but maybe tomorrow.

For wood working. I got the third piece on the other end panel. Might have to make new raised panels as I am not sure I can reuse the salvaged one because the joinery might show now after I do the panel raising. Just have to try and see if it will. Already got to make one from scratch. Not that big of a deal if I have to rebuilt the other three too. I started on the face frame now that I have figured out out to support the drawers and put in drawer guides. Might use a bit more wood but a lot simpler. Going to try and finish the face frame tomorrow. Don't want to try to do the panels until I finished the face frame because the router is set up for the joinery. I also cleaned up the bottom panel for the blanket chest but haven't put it in place yet.

Twist is the lap cat of the night. Fozzy hasn't been here yet to claim his space.

Got my standby lamp lit in my office and the forever lit oil lamp night light and two candles. Still have the new Aladdin on order and waiting for it to arrive. Maxbright. I want to see the difference.

Just put the car up and got the mail in. Only the eBay package. Cold outside. My outside temperature gauge says it is about 41°F. Officially 45°F. Not an agreement tonight. Usually they don't.

Gold holding its own in the lower half of $1800 an ounce. Crude fell back just a little more. Not too much but gave up some.

No junk calls today. Sunday always seems to be a light day for junk calls. No incense today.

Suppose to be an Electron launch today. Early early early. The last one was scrubbed. Going to try to watch this one. Will probably be awake. Something I call project insomnia. Well, no need to stay up tonight. It has been rescheduled for the 20th. There is another Falcon 9 scheduled for about 7:45 am tomorrow. If I am awake then I will try to watch it.

Fozzy's turn to be a lap cat now.

Todays viewing pleasure was just YouTube Videos. Should resume my typical viewing tomorrow. Also this weekend was not a premium channel free preview weekend. Not as often as they use to be.

No bills today.
