Same as yesterday. No rain today.

Another rain free day and it looks like that is going to be true until about Sunday when the rain chance goes above the normal into a more likely chance of rain. Didn't feel as cold today although it probably was because I really didn't get outside today at all. Warming up nicely tomorrow and for the next several days. Looking positive for some shop work. Actually only one day is in the forecast that might be too cold to work in the shop. Does look like many days of possible rain yet to come in January. Definitely going to be much wetter than November. Right now my outside temperature gauge says it is about 44°F outside. Officially it is 45°F. close. Sometimes it is. Really dry inside though. The humidity is only about 28% according to my gauge. Really dry.

Don't have my lamp lit in my office. Feels toasty back here. I have both Aladdins lit in the kitchen along with the oil lamp night light and three candles. Burning bright tonight. Just turned off my Aladdin's they really burn through the kerosene. But they do put out a lot of light and I suspect burn much cleaner than the regular oil lamp.

Was not an eBay delivery day. Don't think so but I haven't checked my mail today. I did order something though so it was partly an eBay day. Didn't get anything else in today.

Tomorrow should be at least part of the day warm enough to work in the shop. Want to work on my coffee table and finish sanding. I might get my Danish oil in tomorrow and get to test it out. Hard to tell from the tracking information. Excited to get my coffee table done and more on to what I am going to call my entertainment center. Really a future larger TV stand. Spent some time trying to match up wood for the top of the table. Getting down to the last of my stock and kind of hard to get two to match close enough. But I think I got two that go well with each other. I will probably make the top tomorrow. And maybe do some cutting for all the pieces I am going to need. Going to have to go through my scrap bin to see if there are pieces in there I can use. I know of two that I can use.

Continued with episodes of The Flash for my viewing pleasure. Added in part of the Curse of Oak Island. And a few YouTube videos.

Don't know that I did much house work today. Did vacuum some and made a new mop sort of, vacuumed the kitchen floor of the dust bunnies and put my new do it yourself mop to use. I scrubbed my shower some. Not much housework.

No wood work outside of matching up boards. Did do something on my fun projects. Got it to work perfectly on my bread board but still not working right on the prototype. Got it working a little but still something not quite right about it. Will try again tomorrow. Just something fun to play with.

Gold staying around the midpoint of $1800 an ounce. Crude moved up closer to converging with its high for the past year. At some point it will converge.

Haven't had the car out in two days because of the cold weather so already put up. Got to go out and check the mail tonight. Not going to put out my trash bin tonight because there is nothing in it. Going to put out my recycle bin out this Friday. Aluminum cans so the scrap guy will probably get them.

Got the rest of the can tubes down from the attic last night. So most of the stuff in the attic has now been recycled or is gone. Got lots of wood working I can do tomorrow. Including cutting the board I need to finish the bottom of the blanket chest. Still don't have anything for the lining yet. Haven't decided what I want to do.

Tent is still down. Might put it up now that it isn't to extremely cold.

Fozzy is now a lap cat.
