Christmas Eve was rain free.

Not entirely a surprise though as I think it had a 0 percent chance of rain today and only about a 5% chance tomorrow. Much earlier in the forecast rain was forecast for both today and tomorrow but it is the weather and always subject to change. Going to be cold tonight and actually it already is cold. My outdoor temperature gauge shows about 39°F. Forecast low for tonight is 35°F so not far from the forecast low for tonight. And then tomorrow it is going to warm up into the mid 60's so should be a pleasant Christmas day. Don't want to make a lot of noise in the shop tomorrow but may make a few quick cuts and then most of my work will be on drill press trying to assemble the table legs. Looks like a final good chance of rain the last few days of the month. The next few days are going to be nice. Highs into the mid 70's. Doesn't sound like winter at all. Very mild but still getting cold at night.

I did Okay today for an eBay day. Got two items in including one that I was beginning to believe was lost in the mail. Just by surprise it showed up today. Got a replacement tool in today also. I need it to finish my blanket chest but I don't plan on working on the blanket chest tomorrow. Going to concentrate on building the legs for my coffee table. It was much too cold in the shop today to work out there so I just brought my blanket chest inside and put in part of the bottom. Mostly to square it so I can put the skirt on. I am hoping that goes smooth. It will be basically one of the few parts I can't install with glue. Still have two levels of sanding yet to do on the skirt boards. But tomorrow I am going to try to minimize the noise. Restrict my work to the table legs. Going to be slow to build those because everything has to be closely aligned. I will probably build some jigs and use plenty of clamps to help with that.

I also got one item in from a non-eBay company. Right now I am down to waiting on 2 eBay items, 2 from one non-eBay company and a couple of items from Lehman's non electric. Due to Christmas thing are moving a bit slow. I think I am going to wait until I clear these last few items before ordering anything else. I want to get some candle scent to use with my soy wax. Completely out at the moment. Still going to hold off. Even though I seem to have "I want" at the moment.

No project work today. Might do some tomorrow. At least try out the higher wattage solder tool I got.

Did some housework today. Got the kitchen cleaned up some. Got all the accumulated dishes in the dishwasher now. The counter tops always look better empty. Also did just a bit of vacuuming. Had to clean up after my blanket chest work.

Didn't have anything out today so no need to sort the shop. Only got the car out to take a package to Mary and Kevin and then to take a letter to the post office. Got the car already put up.

Added my episodes of The Flash to my viewing pleasure tonight. Mixed that in with more and various YouTube videos. Still have a lot of shows to catch up.

Tomorrow is cheese Sandwich day and Christmas Day too. Still a full moon yet to come in December.

Got to check tonight to see if it is going to be a premium channel free preview weekend tonight.

Fozzy made himself a lap cat just now.

Gold and crude have stopped trading. Gold is in the upper portion of $1800 an ounce and crude recovered some ground but still below its recent high.

Tired tonight. Was a very windy day today. I think they have calmed down now. Don't have my car on charge. Running the heater has a dramatic impact on my battery. Dropped the range about 20 miles back and forth to the post office.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.
