Later that expected but it did rain.

We did get just a brief sprinkle early in the morning but nothing else until we got a shower pass through here about 7:00 pm. Checked my rain gauge and all total I got about one and a half tenths of an inch. It will keep things wet. Outside of that it was a rather nice day and even the sun came out for a while. It was almost hot in the shop probably more due to the level of humidity. Forecast to turn cold for Christmas Eve and then warm up a bit on Christmas Day. The last two days of this month do show an increased chance of rain so maybe the rain isn't over for this month. Still looking like a very mild month and into next year.

Not an eBay day today but I did get the part in to fix one of my tools. I don't think it was an eBay day although I haven't checked my mail yet. I don't see anything that was delivered. I don't know if the Post Office delivers on Christmas eve or not. Certainly not on Christmas day. Might see something in on Saturday. Haven't ordered anything lately either. I want to order some candle scents soon but I have enough other project going and material for them to make some progress.

Did just a bit of housework today. Cleaned out a closet of some residual items. The cat would chew on them so I decided it was better if they were somewhere else. Still didn't clean up the kitchen today. Since it is going to be cold tomorrow it will probably be a good day to work inside on projects. Might try to do some shop work.

Did the truck start run and drive today. Thought it was going to rain and was going to postpone but it was dry so I made the drive. Need to put the rest of the generator gas into the truck and use it up.

No project work today. Might tomorrow since it might be too cold in the shop.

Did some wood working today. Not near as much as I had planned. Had to take the HEB Delivery order and sort it out. I did get the oak plank planned on both sides. Did get to cut out a strip for the table legs after I got the clear edge on the board. Also cut a few pieces to length for the legs. I had planned more work on my blanket chest but didn't get to it. Slowly getting it all done and crossing it off my to do list. Always have more to do in mind than I actually get done.

Probably going to put out both a trash bin on Friday night and my recycle bin. Kind of rare that they are both out at the same time.

Already got the shop sorted out and everything at least put away enough to put my car up. Haven't done that yet but will soon.

Fozzy insist on being a lap cat tonight. Here now and seems to be sleeping soundly.

Watched a bit more The Flash for viewing pleasure and added in a few more YouTube videos. Haven't watched CBS All Access in a while. Need to catch up on Star Trek.

Still can't seem to find the right hinge for my blanket chest. Guess I am going to have to see what I used for the other chest I built.

Gold is still trading in its old range and it looks like crude oil made up ground today for all of it recent losses. I think only a half day of trading tomorrow due to Christmas Eve.

Got the car put up. Very windy outside.
