That was some rain.

Yes, we did get rain today. I saw wet concrete but didn't actually see the rain. But the evidence says we got rain. We just didn't get a lot. But it counts. Tomorrow has a decent chance of rain and maybe for an extended rain. Would be nice as it is getting rather dry around here and we could use it. After that, well, there is nothing after that. As far as the forecast goes out. Some, well, hot days ahead. Looks like Summer just doesn't want to end just yet. So some hot and warm weather still to come before it does cool off to possible wood working weather and more truly fall like conditions.

Gold is once again trading above $1900 an ounce. Still well below its high of over $2000 an ounce. Crude manage to regain a bit more and rose in price today. Still well below where it was.

Wasn't an eBay day today. I did get my mail in ballot today. Got to get that filled in and back to the voting officials whatever their official name is. Very fortunate that I get to vote by mail. Didn't order anything today. Tomorrow might be an non eBay day. Expecting deliveries. Well, it looks like tomorrow is going to be an eBay day. Really fast shipping on that items. Maybe some other item. My battery modules show that they are going to be here on Saturday. Weight shows 27 pounds put I think that is per module. Total weight is going to be over a hundred pounds then.

Got one junk call today. And one I had heard before. Been a while since I have gotten a political survey. Don't know what happened to them. I use to get at least one or two a week.

Going to try to make it up to 1:00 tonight.

Tomorrow is cheese sandwich day. I do have enough supplies. Got an order in for more cheese slices though. Haven't released my HEB order though.

Last weekend was a premium channel free preview weekend. They seem to come in clusters so maybe this weekend will be too. I will have to check later.

No incense today. No lap cats either. Still expecting Fozzy to show up sooner or later. He made it last night.

Nothing much to report on the Launch Schedule. Nothing any time soon and nothing in the way of domestic launches for even longer.

I have started a new series on NetFlix. Something based on Jurassic park but a summer camp for kids. A good series. I finished watching Space Force yesterday. Don't know if there are going to be any more episodes of it or not. And then more videos on YouTube. Still have one or two I want to watch tonight.

Did do some house work today. Managed to get the whites out of the dryer into a pile for folding and putting away. Also with some serious mental and physical effort I did get the kitchen cleaned up and got all the dishes washed in the Dishwasher. So much nicer not to see the kitchen counters piled with dishes and glasses. Nice to have a clean kitchen. Just need to put more effort into keeping it that way. Do need to vacuum.

But probably need a new vacuum. The bags for my current one are only available by order and the same with the drive belt. I can get them though. Just have to keep a supply on hand.

No project work today. Don't really have enough to put out a recycle bin but might do it anyway.

Might be cool enough to get out into the shop and do a bit of wood working. But since it is probably going to rain it might be a good day to make a lazy day too.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.
