Pretty much a standard rain free day.
Oct. 7th, 2020 10:23 pmNo rain today but tomorrow and Friday might be a different story. They both have a good above average chance of rain but after that it looking like it is going to be back to the same pattern. No Rain. And probably not even the pop up thundershower kind and a couple of hot days, warm days and cool nights before it settles back down again.
Trying to remember if I got a junk call today and I seem to remember I did. Recognized it right away as one I continue to get and have gotten too many times to count. The electric bill one.
Nothing really in the way of lap cat participation today. Fozzy may still claim that title as he does love to come late at nights when I am in front of the computer. Fozzy love to snuggle. Sleeps with me a lot.
For the crude and gold nightly. Gold is once again trading below $1900 an ounce. Crude regained a little. Still ways back. Really crude hasn't change much in several months. Well, the price at one point went negative and it has rebounded from that. I didn't go out tonight so I don't really know if gas prices have changed but based on the price of crude I would guess they haven't been. Still just the odd platinum coin or two. Right now the selection is definitely limited. Been that way for awhile except for the American Eagles. And the premium over spot is higher than that for other Platinum coins.
Did get a start on cleaning up the kitchen today but didn't get very far. It still needs to be cleaned. Got to load the dishwasher and probably have a full load plus. Did do a load of whites and at least got them into the dryer. Still have to fold and sort them.
Still keeping up with my daily truck starts and runs. Decided to dispense with the idling part and just do the drive. Not sure the idling part helps as much as just doing the drive and it saves gasoline. Want to make this last at least a little while. I still have about 7 gallons of my generator gas I can use to top off. And I don't want it to get old so have to use it.
No incense today. Also was not an eBay day either ordering or receiving. Did get notification today that three of the non eBay orders have all shipped. Should have things coming in daily now for the next several days. My battery modules finally did ship after showing they had created the label and were waiting on something. Something more for me to play with although I don't really know what I am going to do with them.
Not much on the launch schedule that I can really watch. Some Russian and Chinese launches but don't think those launches are carried live.
Fozzy finally arrived in my lap tonight. I have been missing him the past several nights.
Should work on my HEB delivery order but right now I am still pretty good on food. Should use a bit more of it up before getting more delivered. I feel so fortunate that HEB offers that service.
Fozzy is really taking it to the extreme in my lap.
Didn't go outside tonight to check out the sounds of the night or the moon.
I think that is going to do it for tonight.
