What happened? Suppose to rain.
Oct. 9th, 2020 10:38 pmWe had the best chance for rain that we are probably going to get maybe for the rest of October (don't really know that) but we didn't get a drop. Cloudy skies and lots of wind but the rain just didn't happened. Stayed well to the east of us. Was expecting it, needed it, wanted it but nothing. That is how it goes sometimes. That is just weather forecasting. It isn't an exact science.
Filled in my vote by mail and returned it today. So I have officially voted in the 2020 race. Glad that I had that option to vote by mail. My civic duty is done. And still probably have a few more campaign contributions to make though.
Didn't do anything domestic today at all. No cleaning. No organizing. Really need to go through all my mail. Might do that tomorrow.
Today was an eBay day and I do believe that was my last outstanding eBay item. Nothing on order. Completely cleared my backlog. So that really odd time when I am not waiting on a shipment from eBay for either a project or other item. I still have orders outstanding. Tomorrow my battery module are scheduled to be here. Probably over a hundred pound of batteries. Then to figure out what to do with them. Got to study each pack. At the moment I have no way to charge them.
Gold moved again above $1900 an ounce. Has done that and then fallen back below. Still not close to its high. Crude had a respectable high but fell back pretty close to its low for the day. Gold or crude don't trade tomorrow so nothing to say about them then.
No premium channel free preview this weekend. Last weekend was. Kind of rare to get those now.
Finished watching Jurassic Park Camp Cretaceous. Really a fun animated series to watch. Looked like they used the same high level of animation for the dinosaurs in the animated series as they did for the movie. Sunday Fear the Walking Dead premiers its new season. Don't know how many episodes they are going to have though. Got to find a new NetFlix series to watch. There are a number available. Just have to pick.
Decided not to put out a recycle bin tomorrow. Really don't have enough to justify putting one out. Will probably have to do that next week though.
Still need to work on my HEB delivery order. Still really working down my current supply. Have enough for a few more days but have to be careful because it takes at least two to three days in advance for an order.
The launch schedule doesn't show anything soon or probably anything that is going to be live to actually watch.
Fozzy was the lap cat of the day. I had to let him go as my legs just gave out. Fozzy is no small cat.
Didn't make this a cheese sandwich day. Breaking with tradition just a little for a little while. Still might have a cheese sandwich for lunch sometime next week. No incense today either.
Just really amazing to listen to outside. There was a lot of wind noise today but actually all the road noise is really noticeable. Nothing really quiet about the day time at all. Tonight there was at least one gecko about. Nothing much from the crickets it seems like. Maybe too late in the year for them.
Didn't go out today to check on the moon. I think it set in the afternoon anyway. Next full moon will be on Halloween night and will be the blue moon. Kind of appropriate to have a full moon on Halloween night. Will be a blue moon because it will be the second full moon in the month.
I think that is going to do it for tonight.
