Made another day with no rain. None was really expected. I don't even think there were any of the afternoon type or Seabreeze type of thundershowers either. We certainly weren't in the right place if there were any. The forecast doesn't not hold out much hope for rain anytime in the forecast future. All just the normal chance for rain and less. Looks like we might be done with rain. But it is late in the season and turning cold at nights. The grass will stop growing soon.
Forgot to mention it yesterday but I got five junk calls. So far that is a record. Didn't really write any of them down or much remember what they were. And today I just got two. I know one of them was one I get all the time and don't really remember the other one. I have kind of stopped writing them down. I don't really have anyway to block them.
Tomorrow is cheese sandwich day. Got in fresh bread today with my HEB order and still have plenty of cheese and butter. So I am good to go. I got my HEB order in today on time as usual. They are just never late. I had two substitutions. One was for a different brand of the same type of bread which was a good substitution and the other was because they didn't have it in stock. Both were good substitutions though. One thing I think I am going to start doing is start my shopping early and just add items as I think of them or decide I need them. My cart seems to save itself but I don't know for how long. So I can just start to shop like tonight and add more items as long as I don't select a delivery time and finalize the delivery. I can still add items after that but it is not as straight forward as the shopping is.
Crude fell back somewhat tonight. Doesn't look like it is ever going to recover. At least probably not any time soon. Gold did move back above $1900 an ounce today but has since fallen back.
Watched the last episode of Lucifer yesterday. More episodes are to follow but don't know when. Started watching the comedy Space Force on NetFlix. Watching a bit of a Nova episode about paper and writing. Mostly just watch YouTube videos.
On this coming Sunday there is suppose to be a new episode of The Walking Dead. Don't know if there is more after this single episode or not. But will be watching.
That makes three in a row for scrubbed rocket launches. An Antares rocket was suppose to launch tonight but was scrubbed with over about 2 minutes left in the count down. There is a Falcon 9 launch scheduled for tomorrow night. I hope it is not four scrubs in a row. Getting to be very disappointing but that is how it goes with rocket launches. Everything has to be perfect to go.
Big bright full moon out tonight. Did go out to see it. The harvest moon. There will be two full moons this month.
No incense today. I thought Fozzy was going to occupy my lap tonight but he didn't. Twist did a bit earlier in the day. Generally fell asleep just right away.
No really project work today but I did change my air conditioner filter. And I recharged some batteries today.
I ordered some more battery packs for my solar system. Says they total about 4 kW when fully charged. Just have to work out the battery management system because that is bad on all of them. That is why they were for sale. And then have to find something to charge then using my solar panels. So still a bit of work to do before I can really put them to use. More really of something to play with. Don't really need them.
Wasn't an eBay day today but I did order a new item. Made up for it. Yesterday I ordered some glue for a project. Really not too bad in the shop as far as the temperature goes and can actually start to do a bit of wood working.
I think that is going to do it for tonight.
