Followed today with more rain.
Sep. 22nd, 2020 11:30 pmWe got about 2 and 1/10 inches of rain overnight. It has been raining off and on all day and really started to rain moderately starting about two hours ago. And it is still raining outside. I haven't check my rain gauge tonight. Might get some more rain tomorrow but that at least based on the forecast into October is going to be it for rain. Of course there will probably still be the afternoon thunder showers.
Fozzy is in my lap at the moment. Pretty much settled in for the long haul I suspect. Twist paid a visit this afternoon.
Well, work wants their computer back. Not exactly in that sense because they finally decided to move to Windows 10. To do that they are going to swap the old Windows 7 machines for new Windows 10 machines. However, they want you to bring your old computer into the office to trade for the new machine. Something I am not going to do. I am not working and have no intention of returning to work so I don't care or need a new machine. I am sure they will lock out the old machines at some point as they are going to be a security risk. No idea what they are going to do with the old machines. So I guess I will lose my connection to work. I will still have email of sorts but nothing else.
Gold is now below $1900 an ounce. Maybe gold is finally starting to go down in price after its almost rocket increase in price. Crude seems to have stabilized again.
Not an eBay day today. No incense either. Does sound like even though it is raining outside the geckos are chirping.
Got two junk calls this morning. One right after the other. Forgot what one was but the other was about Life insurance. Should write them down like I have been doing.
I finished all the available episodes of Cobra Kia on NetFlix. They have promises a third season but don't know when. I guess now I will start on what is probably going to be the final season of Lucifer on NetFlix. Not much else in the way of viewing pleasure today. Still just mostly YouTube videos.

Just gathered some project material together and did some very minor prep work on a project I want to do. I do mean minor. Need to work on the software for it too.
Today is the first day of Fall. And wood working season is not too far behind. Going to make more of an effort to spend more time in my shop. And even finish a few wood working projects. I do have quite the stash of Oak I can use plus some rough cut oak and ash I think that I can use for projects. I have had it for years. About time to plane it smooth and find a project for it.
I think that is going to do it for tonight.
