Continuing the pattern of no rain.

Now it seems like the only rain we are getting is being in the right place and getting a afternoon thundershower. No type of cold fronts or something bringing nice showers. Friday does have a bit of an elevated chance of showers. Just have to wait and see because these rain chances do seem to fluctuate a lot. At least until this time period of the forecast runs out that is about it. One think interesting it seems that temperatures are forecast to drop below a high of 90 towards about the last third of the forecast. That will be really nice and to see lows in the 60's. Let's see if it really happens.

Got two junk calls today. Didn't really do a good job of writing down the content though.
Get lower credit care rate...Eligibility will expire.
Weird debt elimination. This is the one that sounds really contrived. A lot of three syllable words.

I guess my game show that I like is truly off the air. Only got to see it a few times but it hasn't been on now in several weeks. Don't know much of the history of it or just how long it was on the air.

Got my truck detailed today. He did a decent enough job. Regardless it does look a lot better than it did. Might get my other car done. Since he worked on the truck I just basically started it and drove it the short loop to get it out of the middle of the drive way so I could get my car out. I will try to get back into starting and running it tomorrow. Probably missing the full routine for one day isn't going to be too bad for it.

No lap cat today. Fozzy usually come late but he hasn't made it tonight. I did manage to burn some Jasmine for the incense of the day. Only the one.

My lawn company came today. Seemed to be really fast today. Almost no time at all to mow the front and back yards. Can't really seem to remember if they were suppose to come on Monday or Tuesday this week. Good that they came today. Over and done with.

Both crude and gold seem to up towards the top of their trading range. Maybe gold is going to move about $2000 an ounce again and crude might set a new recent high if it continues to edge up little by little.

Today was an eBay day. Got a new kitchen scale. More or less just to check accuracy. Also got another coin in that wasn't suppose to get here until about after the middle of September but really a neat coin. It has the Aztec calendar on it. Nice coin to add to my collection. Very unique too.

The Falcon 9 Starlink launch scheduled for tomorrow has been moved to the 3rd. Another use of those words either scrubbed or postpones. I guess with so much at stake with the 60 Starlink satellites they do want everything to be perfect.

Did hear a car muffler outside tonight and some chirping from the Geckos. I think all the crickets have gone silent and I don't seem to hear much from the cicadas any more. In the mornings I use to hear the doves call but I don't hear them anymore.

My outdoor temperature sensor seems to work well. Doesn't seem to always agree with the posted temperature for this area. But that is kind of why I got it to get a more localized temperature measurement. Most of the time it does seem to agree. And it also give the humidity. Right now it is very humid outside.
