Unlike yesterday no rain today.

We did get a little bit of rain yesterday. About 1/10 of an inch. Fortune wasn't with us today though as we didn't get any rain. I could see on radar that thundershowers formed on either side of us but neither paid us a visit. You just have to be in the right place to get these afternoon thundershowers and today we weren't. Gary said there was more moisture moving in so we might get similar storms to yesterdays. The forecast doesn't show anything other than the standard chance for the length of the forecast. Must be some kind of high pressure. Still a bit warm but really not much about the normal. The forecast does show it finally starting to cool off towards the end of the next two weeks. Summer still has a few days left before fall gets here.

Went out to mail a letter tonight. One of the few bills that I actually write a check for and mail. Bright moon out tonight that I would guess is about three fourths full. I think the next full moon is really close. Should look. I will for tomorrow night. Not much really out tonight. Sounds quiet enough out. The chirping I think is there as always. Feels so very humid outside.

I think today's incense was Vanilla and Jasmine. I keep telling myself I am going to remember for sure and I never do so I have to say I think that is what I burned. And today was one of the kind of rare days that I didn't get any junks calls. I think this week had a total of three of those. I rarely get those on my cell phone. Generally if I don't or the phone doesn't recognize the number I don't answer.

Stayed up late last night to watch the launch of the Delta 4 rocket. Something happened at about T+3 and the launch was scrubbed. Something happened. Pretty spectacular for those 3 seconds though. Lots of fire. Then nothing. Don't know what happened. Suppose to be two Falcon 9 launches tomorrow. The first one about 9:15 or so our time. Then late tomorrow or early the next day the Electron is suppose to launch. Could be three in one day. That would be very much fun to watch.

No really project work today. I did change the batteries on one of my fun projects and now have those recharging. I discovered a defect in one of my battery boards. Don't know how long it had been there but I finally managed to fix it. No house work today. Probably clean up the kitchen which is a never ended job and put the dishes in the dish washer.

Today was an eBay, both in receiving and ordering. Got my Morgan City Silver Dollar in today and wasn't expecting it until next week. Also another coin I ordered that wasn't supposed to be available until about the middle of next month shipped today. Don't know how that all changed but it is a very unique and beautiful coin. Also got kind of the toy I ordered for myself in today also so it was a good eBay day.

No gold or crude trading today. Did check my gas stations prices and still at $1.79 a gallon pretty much where they have been for the past several weeks. Did take my soap out of the "oven" tonight and cut it into bars. Now to let it age for the next three weeks. Do really have to plan ahead when making soap.

Probably going to put together another HEB Deliver order tomorrow night. Another thing to plan ahead for. A nice service to have and now the substitutions seem to happen less and less.

Tomorrow is LOL Cats day. I feature I always look forward too.

Put out the recycle bin this morning with a load of paper. Monday I am getting the truck washed and waxed so I put the detailers check under the door mat today. Don't think anyone is going to look there but I will check it again tomorrow just to make sure. Wondering what my truck is going to look like. May get my car washed too. It does need it also. Took it to the dealership car wash one but it is one of those automated one and can scratch your paint.
