Rain was absent again today.

Not much need to say but there was no rain today. I think this weekend will mark two week since we have had really any rain outside of those few drops we got this week. Grass is starting to show it. Doesn't look like much of an elevated chance of rain until next week and then it might be a wet one. And the temperatures are going to moderate a little starting tomorrow. Not quite as hot. Looks like they are going to stay that way for a while.

We now have three things to watch in the Atlantic Ocean. Of note we now have tropical depression thirteen. The National Hurricane Center shows it moving towards Florida and staying just a tropical storm. Invest 97 is really still indeterminate. Not much agreement in the spaghetti models which usually means the steering forces are weak. Have to keep a close watch on it. Might have to go get some gasoline. I have some but it is rather old. Must check it and see if it is still usable. It has been tightly sealed so maybe it hasn't lost a lot of octane. Don't really want to ruin my new generator.

Gold took a dip late in the day and fell back somewhat from about $2000 and ounce. Crude is still just about where it has been. Seems to be moving within that $42 a barrel range. No gas price check tonight but I have to guess that they haven't changed either. Did find a vendor outside of eBay that had platinum coins but only one kind available. Nothing at all like their usual selection.

Cleaned off my project table a bit tonight. Decided not to do anymore on one little project. Got a ton of parts to make more of it though. Maybe one day I will do some more. In the way of housework I did clean up the kitchen and get all the dishes in the dishwasher. I also did a load of whites tonight. Did a bit of vacuuming. Sacrificing an old rug for the cat's scratching post and they make good use of it. Just need to vacuum up the shreds of it occasionally. Might as well let someone get some use out of it.

I haven't gotten any political surveys in several days. Kind of unusual.

Texted with Gary. Texted with Ashley. Book of witchcraft. Sent me an audio book that covers water witching. Working on how to listen to it.

Today's incense was Jasmine and Dragon's blood. No lap cat visit as of yet. Still time tonight. Fozzy sometimes come late at night. Sounded quiet outside tonight but I did hear some chirping.

Did something that might be considered cooking. Actually had to boil water and it had more than two steps. Made enough for two meals. Use to eat it all at once but now let it cover two meals.

Probably have to put together another HEB delivery tomorrow. Probably made about a week and half this time between orders. I think I have most of my non food items covered. Got oil for my generator. Got some light bulbs. Probably need some nine volt batteries and that might be the exception. Going to try to diversify a little bit more.

Got the car charged back to 90%. That is where it stays when fully charged.

Today was an eBay day. Looks like tomorrow is going to be too. And a non-eBay delivery probably tomorrow too. I do occasionally order something from someone else other than eBay. Kind of rare though.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.
