looked like plenty of dust in the air. Was very hazy I guess due to the dust and sure is cutting down on the sunshine and power to my solar panels. I guess and being cloudy wasn't exactly good for them either. Looking at the radar I see areas that did get rain and some of it looked like it might be intense in some places but probably really localized. The forecast for us doesn't show much rain chance until next Monday. And for the following couple of days. Looks like the 4th is going to be dry.

Taking a look at the tropics there are two disturbances. One between us and Africa might need to be watched. So far away at the moment. Right now they aren't giving it much chance of doing anything. I don't know what the Saharan dust is doing except that it is here or if it might not let that disturbance grow.

Got my HEB delivery today pretty much on time. Only had two substitutions and both were acceptable. So nice just to have it delivered to your door. I got it all sorted and the cold stuff in where cold stuff goes and frozen stuff in where frozen stuff goes the rest waiting to be put away. And today being Sunday nothing from eBay but on the I think one maybe two Sundays I have actually gotten deliveries. I think my rain gauge will get here tomorrow.

Twist was the lap cat today. And just took over. Out like a light and right into kitty dream land. Sadly I had to wake him as my legs were just about gone. Fozzy was the snuggle cat of the day. No incense today.

Forgot to look at gas prices today or maybe I did and they hadn't changed so didn't pay much attention.

I did set out a project to work on but that was about all. Still want to work on my lights sequencer and I could probably find something about the right size in my shop to at least build the base and not have to do any cutting. It will have sixteen channels. I think the relays can handle the load from LED Christmas lights.

Got all my whites folded and put away. Almost finished with the dishwasher.

Watched a bit more of CBS All Access tonight. Star Trek. Only watched a little. And for tonight's viewing pleasure I watched Barn Wood Builders. Still showing episodes.

Not hearing any fireworks tonight.Probably going to change as the 4th gets nearer. Nor planes landing or taking off. We aren't that far from the city airport. Kind of rare anyway for planes to be going or coming late like it is.

The mosquito service is coming tomorrow. Probably good timing. With all the rain lately probably going to be just a few.

Did some texting with Gary. And watched more of the Galveston Cam's. Murdock's Bath House.

There is a Falcon 9 which is suppose to launch on June 30th. Not a Star Link mission. Hopefully I can remember that. The other Falcon 9 star link mission still hasn't been rescheduled.

I do think I am going to have enough plastic and metal recycle gathered up to put out my bin this week. Not sure if they will pick up this Saturday since it is the 4th.

My Linux machine is working fine. Glad I converted my old Windows 7 machine. Get some more life out of it. Really not that hard to adjust to Linux. A few more steps to install programs but not difficult. Still runs Google Chrome just fine and since most use is just web browsing really no difference at all.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.
