It says rain tomorrow.

If the forecast is correct rain might be starting about 7:00 tomorrow morning. Of course being here we just have to wait and see if it really happens. And it still looks like it is going to be a wet Memorial Day Holiday and a few days following that. Don't know what kind of activities are going on.

I finally did break down and sigh up for CBS All Access. I had some trouble getting it to play but it looks like it is working now. Just watched a little of the first Episode of Star Trek. I will give it a try as it isn't very expensive at all. Not really staying up as late as I use too.

The Houston Museum of Natural Science has started another online auction. I have found a nice item to place a bid and so far I am winning but the auction has another 4 days to run. Kind of fun to bid and all the money goes to fun projects for the Museum so it is for a good cause. I had generally given up doing auctions but this is kind of fun. Long ago I really got into going to antique auctions. I got a few items at auction but nothing really substantial. Some of the antique wardrobes use to go for pretty high dollar. And they were generally massive. Don't know where I would have put one. But that phase passed. It has been a really long time since I have been to any kind of in person auction.

I did get my Truck started today. I was afraid I would have to put the battery charger on it to get it to start but it cranked right up. I drove it around but didn't want to get too far from home as I don't know the state of the gasoline in my truck. I will try to drive it around some more just to keep everything moving in it at least a little. Still a nice drive. I wish Chevrolet would restart their small truck production but make it electric powered.

I finished listened to my niece's pod cast today. I am really looking forward to hearing her interview with a mead maker. I made mead for the longest time but haven't made any in ages. I still have quite a bit left from the times I was making. Like wine it really doesn't go bad. Probably due to the alcohol content and the honey. I think my mead is good. I made some for my niece's wedding when she was young. Because of the policy of the wedding venue she didn't get to have it at the wedding.

Still watching The Last Kingdom on Netflix. I noticed today that they had released another season of it. I wish they would release at least half of a season of Lucifer. I enjoyed that show.

Today's viewing pleasure was not This Old House and Ask This Old House. For some reason PBS was showing some kind of marathon viewing of Downton Abby. So next Friday hopefully my viewing pleasure will be This Old House and Ask This Old House. I think This Old House also is shown on Sunday too. Don't know.

Got a lot of text from Gary today on Google Messenger.

Set up my old TV again. Just for the fun of it. Linux on my old Windows 7 machine seems to work fine. Plays YouTube Videos and does everything else. I had to change the sound to HDMI and it took a little while to figure that out. I don't have any external speakers for that machine. Looks like I will get a little more use out of it.

I ran the dishwasher today. I need to unload it now but that is work for tomorrow.

I meant to burn an incense stick today. I thought of it and then it totally slipped my mind. I was going to burn Lavender today.

That should do it for tonight.
