Cool tonight but warmer than last night.

Seems like I always have to start off with the weather or some mention of it. Still looks like a good chance of rain on Thursday and for several days after that. Most summers we get enough rain and timely enough that I don't have to water my lawn. Some years we do have droughts and then I can't seem to put enough water on the lawn.

I know of two years we had bad droughts. One of those they didn't let the fireworks stands even open. Then one that I was suppose to do a fireworks show decided against it because everything was so dry and it just wasn't worth the risk to put on a show.

I worked with CAD some more today. I do believe there is a lot of room to improve my design. That is what CAD is for so I will modify some and try some new stuff. Doing this because I have never really built this type of system before.

I do remember the May 11 tornado in Lubbock. Long time ago. Always a chance of that happening in that part of the country. Some times very large and damaging hail. I have only seen it hail two or three times here. I was in Bogota, Columbia in a hail storm. Nothing really bigger than pea sign but there must have been two to six inches of the stuff. Never seen anything like it. Just looked really odd.

Very interesting weather phenomena. I remember only once a thunder snow storm. The sound was strangely muffled by the snow. Was when I was probably under 10 years old. Never seen one since.

Recycled my card board boxes today. Probably put out a load of paper this Friday night for recycle.

Did the dishes today and ran the dishwasher. I haven't put them up yet. Also cleaned up the kitchen. Just amazing how often I have to do that. Loaded up the washing machine with a load of whites but haven't run it yet.

Dressed for dinner tonight and put on my formal dress sweat pants. But just an casual t-shirt to go with it. Tonight's viewing pleasure was Fast and Loud. Still have a back log of shows to watch. Finished "Cats" this morning I think or was it yesterday. Hard to remember. I haven't mailed it back yet. Next up is Frozen II.

Fozzy was today's lap cat. Really went all out with a nap. Long term parking.

Tried ginger tea today. Kind of spicy.

Ordered some incense sticks today. A lot for really cheap. Still amazed on what can be bought on eBay. I usually buy Gonesh Sticks. Thought I would give these a try. Still have a good supply of Gonesh sticks.

Curb side Pick up tomorrow. My last chance to add items.

That should be enough for tonight.

As is often the case here there was no mention or much of a chance of rain today but yet it raining outside. Just a light rain but it does look like other areas got heavy rain. Looks like south of us did. Still saying a high chance also for Thursday.

Picked up my curbside order today. Got everything I ordered except for one item and two substitutions. Not really disappointed about the one item I didn't get as it was pretty much a last minute addition and something new I thought I would try. The substations were fine. Just basically the exact same as I wanted but either a different size or brand name.

My recent order of incense sticks is awaiting shipment. I ordered pine and vanilla. Two basic scents. Didn't feel very adventuresome as they did have some very unusual scents that they were offering.

Twist took the honors today of lap cat. Can really snooze hard in my lap.

I think my two front tires need air. With the low profile of the tires it is really hard to tell. I will have to check the car's computer to be sure. Nice not to need an air gauge to check that. So much that car can do that I really don't use but probably should since it is no longer the last century when I bought my last vehicle. I have linked it a time or two by Bluetooth to my phone. Even answered a call. Was amazingly clear considering my phone. I know it can do navigation. I figured out how to do that too. It has inductive phone charging.

Didn't really do any CAD work today. Try some new stuff and improvements. I need to build a U-joint to test with. Not that hard actually.

I did unload the dishwasher and run a load of whites in the washing machine. Awaiting to be put up now in the dryer.

Started a new batch of soap today. A little change from my usual but only by a little. I've gotten so use to my standard. I love how gentle it is and how well it cleans. Hard to find the saponification agent locally. I had to order some a while back. First time I have ever done that. Didn't seem to be a problem.

I need a new series to watch on Netflix. I miss all of the old Marvel series that Netflix use to produce.

Houston Museum of Natural Science is having another auction. They seems to be having those quite regularly. I have a bid in on one item. Have some nice diamond jewelry but I didn't bid on that. Bid on several in the past but never won. Runs through Thursday. Don't think they deliver but I have to pick it up. Might be awhile until that happens. I guess it isn't going anywhere until then.

Looks like some heavier rain moving in from the west. Let's see if it actually makes it. Has some thunder in it. Doesn't sound close though.

I miss watching Curse of Oak Island on Tuesday nights. Last episode mentioned doing a really big dig. Should find something from that.

I suppose that is going to do it for tonight.
