The weather
Apr. 24th, 2020 12:21 amNice cool clear night. Perfect for opening the windows if I would actually do that. Going to warm up to the low 90's tomorrow. It is moving through spring so it is going to warm up.
I use to work in the shop until the first part of May. Seems like I can't do that anymore. Maybe it is the weather or maybe it is just me.
Rain forecasted for about the middle of next week. Going to be warm too.
I got my yard treated for pest yesterday. I am thinking about getting the mosquito treatment too.
Wasn't quite as lazy today. Actually ran laundry and did a load of shirts and hung them up. I also did some work on my electric bike. A process I call CAD or cardboard aided design. I just mock up everything in cardboard to see how it is going to look and fit. I am converting it to a three wheeler. Not exactly sure how to make that work. That is where the CAD comes in. Never built anything like it so I guess I really don't know what I am doing.
I am going to have to build it with just the material on hand. Not going any place inside to shop.
Did some checking on my stimulus check and finally found out I did qualify. I had to provide my banking information though. I know why because I owed last year so they didn't have my information on my taxes.
Still have work email. Everyone is working from home that I know about. Not much left of the old process group. At least four of us are LBO and not working.
It looks like crude has stopped its wild ride but has settled in at a very low price. I think I recall so many years ago that crude was just $2 a barrel but it was a long time ago.
I am watching more episodes of Moon Shiners. Got to find another series on NetFlix. I miss the Marvel comic book characters that were on NetFlix.
One lap cat today. Fozzy makes a sound that sure sounds like a sigh when he lays down in my lap.
I used to think I should go grow cactus in the desert.
Odd that silver is still relatively cheap. A long time ago it use to trade at 32 to 1 for gold.
I always watch Gold Rush. To think they move hundreds of tons of material to produce about 300 ounce of gold.
And that should be it for tonight.
