More like this. No rain.
Mar. 2nd, 2022 10:39 pmAlways could use more days like this. Maybe just a little bit warmer for a little bit longer but overall still a very nice day. Not even a hint of rain today. Was sunny I think all day. Rain chance goes up on Monday. Don't see much until then. Going to be even nicer tomorrow. But Saturday and Sunday are looking like they might be a bit on the warm side for this time of year. Something is still wrong with my outside temperature gauge. I need to check to see if it is the batteries. It was that last time. Officially at the airport it is 58°F with 82% humidity. Did some work out in the shop today and it felt pretty good. Was working in a t-shirt.
Didn't get anything in today at all and didn't order anything either. So, thinking just a bit I have items coming in from Lowes, Arizona Wind and Sun and eBay. Almost forgot that I still have a Bluetooth adapter coming in from Best Buy. Should be here tomorrow if I remember the tracking information. Down to just two items outstanding on eBay. Was outbid on one item and still high bidder on one. I would like to win the orange jade bangle but I am not going to raise my bid. The Museum of Natural Science if finally having another auction but I didn't find anything I wanted to bid on. The starting bid amounts are just outrageous. Barite roses for $450. Can find them on eBay for about $20 or so. So, not bidding on anything. Just too high. Did make an impulse buy of a citrine sphere though through eBay.
No project work today.
Tru-green came today so I have a bill from them. Need to pay that. Also have the lawn company bill to pay, my car insurance bill and my lease payment. Got a lot to pay. Going to get expensive soon. My home owners insurance is just about due too.
Think I will sip some adult beverage while I am writing this entry. Didn't want to write one last night. Just felt a bit burned out.
No launch today. Falcon 9 launch tomorrow. About 8:35 am. Need to set my alarm. Going to do that now along with getting some adult beverage.
Got my alarm set, my fired heater turned off and my adult beverage. I think my oil lamp night light is good for tonight. Haven't had my Aladdin lit in a long time. Should do that.
The shop needs to be sorted and the car put up. Will do that in a bit.
Finished my Netflix movie for viewing pleasure. Still added in some YouTube videos. Got a Netflix DVD yesterday. Don't know when I will watch that.
Did kitchen duty today and a lot of vacuuming with my new vacuum cleaner. Seems to do a good job and I can see what it is picking up. Amazing how much stuff. Don't know if my previous vacuum cleaner was that good or just getting stuff since my last vacuuming. A lot lighter and easier to use. Plus really easy to dump the container. No bags to replace. Still lets a lot of dust fly when I do. Taking it outside to do that. Wearing mask also.
For wood working I started on the back cross member on my chair. Kind of slow going as everything pretty much has to be custom designed and fitted. I have no clear plan on how to build this so just kind of doing it.
Gold is comfortably in $1900 an ounce. Crude is going wild. Smashed through to a new high. Really high. Doesn't look like it is going to slow down.
Both cats snuggle with me this morning. Fozzy did last night but I had to get up.
Going to sort the shop and put the car up. Got that done. Don't know why the cats want to go into the shop every time I put the car up.
Took a nap today. Longer that I thought I would but that is always the case. Shouldn't kid myself about just laying down for a few minutes. It just doesn't work that way.
Mood was pretty good today. Morning wasn't awful but bad enough. Got a bit of a trigger late tonight. Still feeling it. So depressed. Always read to put another one in the books.
Set my phone to white list only. Then turn that off. Had only one junk call early this morning. Maybe they have given up. Or maybe taken my phone number off their list. Started when I got sixteen calls in one day. No sense blocking but they all came from different numbers but they were the same junk caller. Block every number but it probably won't do any good.
I think that is going to do it for tonight.
