New auction today but no rain.

The Houston Museum of Natural Science started a new auction. Was a nice rain free day but was just slightly on the cool side. I bit more than I like it to be but I did manage to spend some time in my shop. Until my hands started hurting from the cold. Don't see anything that looks like much in the way of rain chance until next week. Will warm up and be nice for awhile. Looks like plenty of shop time ahead. Might even get to air conditioning weather. My outside temperature gauge doesn't seem to be work. Don't know what the problem. Might be batteries again. Officially at the airport it is 49°F with 61% humidity. Going to get cold tonight. Above freezing though. Did get cold last night too.

Got five items in today. Got three from eBay. My replacement socket and two attempts at DC relays. I hope one of them works. Got my vacuum cleaner in today. Also got my impulse buy of an Oculus Quest in also. Just decided I wanted it. Another toy. Going to see what it is all about. Still have one more item to come in from Best Buy. One from Lowes and the remaining items form eBay. Only have two items waiting on from eBay. Got two more cheap jade bangles out on bid.

No bills paid today.

Didn't feel like writing an entry last night. Just kind of felt burnt out.

No cats snuggling this morning but Twist did make it to lap pirate status.

More pop tarts for dessert.

Thinking I should have a gin and tonic soon. Really haven't had a mixed drink in ages. I do have beer now. Did buy some. Decided probably not to make any more and just buy it on the kind of rare occasion now when I want one.

Didn't do any project work today. Shifted inverter to lead acid.

Did kitchen duty for house work and put the dishes up from the dishwasher.

Mode was decent today. Was afraid of getting triggered but it didn't happen. Did have strange dreams this morning. One of them seemed so real.

Got one junk call today. Very early like 7:30 early. Changed my phone to white list. Everything else to voice mail. No more calls. No voice mail.

Almost forgot the Electron launch today. Remembered with about twelve minutes to spare. Watched it live. Was a success. Watched until second stage cut off. Don't know after that but I assume and hope it still went well.

Started watching a new movie tonight. Didn't watch any of We Are All Dead. Watched the season finale of Space Force Yesterday. Got to find a new series.

Gold is holding but just barely in $1900 an ounce. Crude is staying close to $100 a barrel. Hasn't broken through again.

Worked on my chair for wood working. Got both sides pretty much mounted temporarily. Have a bit more trimming to do. Going to start on the back cross members. Figured out how to make one of them. I want to get that all done and the seat cushion done before I attached everything permanently.

The shop needs to be sorted. Then put the car up. Not going out for a drive. No work on the new car. Not expecting any for a long time. Will so that after a bit.

Going to start a new HEB delivery order. Add items I know I am going to want in the next delivery. Did a bit more.

Time to sort the shop and put the car up. Got that done.

Lawn company came today. Was a bit of a surprise. Got their bill today too.

Another launch tomorrow. Don't have a link to it but can probably find one.
