Not much rain listening today.

Was looking forward to some nice long rain listening today but it seems like we just got a few brief showers and nothing really heavy or long lasting. It did look like on radar that there was a pretty good storm. Just not here. Next good chance of rain is this Friday and it looks like it might warm up for a bit starting on Sunday. Nothing out in the shop today. Was just too cold and it doesn't look like I am going to get any shop time this week unless I just want to brave the cold for short periods. I might do that if I need just some quick work. Still didn't get my outside temperature gauge back outside. Officially at the airport it is 49°F with 88% humidity.

Didn't get anything in today but I did order some mini-blinds for the windows in the dining room. Windows face west and let in a lot of sunlight in the summer. Air conditioning load. Thought the blinds might reduce that. Probably won't pay for themselves though. Might get something in tomorrow. So now I have items coming in from Surplus Center, eBay, Lowes and The Great Courses. Opened my box of saucers today. Was twelve. Just a lot thinner than I thought they would be. Really thin. But seem strong enough. More of a glass.

No bills paid today.

Not real sure of what I watch tonight for Viewing pleasure. Did watch Locke and Key. Meant to change to The Witcher but I guess I didn't.

Didn't get the car out today. Not going out for a drive tonight.

My mood is much better today. Feel so much better than I did yesterday. I really really hate that feeling. Did feel just a little feeling of hopelessness today but it was fleeting. Really nothing makes you feel quite that bad as being depressed. Got triggered but something insignificant but sometimes that is all it takes and then it just snowballs.

Did just a little vacuuming in the mad scientist room. All the housework I did.

No woodworking at all.

Project work I installed the solid state relay board in the controller box. Problems that I had to trouble shoot with the screen. Got that solved. Almost finished it. Twist was a lap pirate.

Twist was a lap pirate three times today. Early morning attempt by Fozzy to snuggle but interrupted by Twist.

Pop tarts for dessert tonight.

January is just about over. Doesn't seem possible.

Two more days until a Falcon 9 launch.

Gold is on its way up into $1800 an ounce. Crude feel back and is retreating further away from its latest 52 week high.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.
