Nothing but a really nice day today. Mostly sunny and of course not any rain at all. The forecast shows that we might get some early morning rain. I mean like between 3:00 and 4:00 as this cold front moves through here. And the temperature is going to drop shortly after that and stay cold all day tomorrow. Does look like it is going to warm up again on Monday and stay nice for a couple of days. Shop time. Don't see much of rain chance in the forecast. This morning might be it for awhile. Do see something on radar to the north that looks like some light rain. Did some work in the shop. Not just a lot though. Was nice. Wish I could have done more. My outside temperature gauge says it is 62░F with 80% humidity. Working now so I don't know why it wasn't working last night. Officially at the airport it is 60°F with 90% humidity.
Got my Jehu order of batteries in today. Was kind of expecting my solid state relays to make it today but they didn't. Might make it tomorrow. Did order a couple of items today. Ordered some Closys because it was out of stock at HEB and I will need it before I put out another order. Also ordered another set of cabinet lights because I broke one. Will still have a set with five working instead of six. Not looking like my kerosene is coming in until next week. So now only Home Depot and eBay.
Got my HEB delivery order in today. Got some substitutions that I didn't really want but it is food and should be OK. Got pork sausage instead of the turkey sausage I wanted but still really have no problem eating it but I much prefer the turkey sausage. They didn't have my chicken nuggets or my mouthwash. Okay on the chicken nuggets as still have an entire pack of those. Got one extra item and one missing item. Got a two quart orange juice but didn't get my third loaf of cinnamon bread. Just decided to call it even though. Not the best order I have gotten but the biggest. Might look at ordering from Walmart some more. Just need to figure out where to tip.
Got the order all put up.
For housework I did a load of dishes and kitchen duty. Need to put them up but will do that tomorrow as it is going to be an inside type of work day. Organized my guest bedroom a bit.
No project work at all.
For woodworking I did some more work on the cabinet lighting and broke one of the lights. Reordered. Did start work on my chair. Think I have a better idea now of how to fit the sides to it. Have to wait a few days to do more work on it.
Twist was a lap pirate and a lap cat today. Both cats snuggle with me as I as taking a nap. Do love to have both with me.
Got my oil lamp night light lit in the kitchen. No candle though. Have to be careful not to let it burn out. Damages the wick.
Same viewing pleasure as last night. Did check and this is not a premium channel free preview weekend.
Gold is managing to stay in $1800 and ounce but not by much. Crude made a run at another 52 week high but didn't quite get there. Close. Probably will make it next week.
Car is out and the shop needs to be sorted. Will do that in a little bit.
Need to put my recyclables out tonight on the curb. Cut up cardboard today for it.
No further word on either car. No inspection and no delivery.
Going to sort the shop and put up the car.
Got that all done.
Did okay mood wise today. Keeping thinking with all these at least moderately good days I have been having that the other shoe is going to drop. Felt it like I usually do this morning. Depressed. Had more bad and bad more on the bad side last night dreams. So tired of those.
I think that is going to do it for tonight.
