rain, not today.

Was cloudy for at least part of the day. Didn't look at the radar at all. So not a drop of rain today and it doesn't look like any for tomorrow either. Continuing warm tomorrow too. Wednesday show a 100% chance of rain so I will have to assume that we might get some rain and the temperature is going to drop too. Going to be cold tomorrow night and even colder for the next two nights. It looks like fall may finally be here. After tomorrow nothing much in the way of rain chances until next month. It was uncomfortable in the shop today. Really started to sweat. Right now my outside temperature gauge says it is about 79°F with 87% humidity. Officially at the airport it is 77°F with 88% humidity.

Got several items in today and ordered more items too. I got my circuit board order in from Jehu and my wood biscuits in from eBay. I also got my package in from Evick. So I cleared to companies. However, while trying to clean my Keurig machine according to their instructions I turned it off and it wouldn't turn back on. So broke it somehow. Looks like it wasn't meant to be fixed. Gone now. Don't want to bother with it. Ordered a new one. Don't think I will try to clean this one. I got enough done on the face frame to order the custom door and hardware. Could have built them myself as I have all the necessary bits but didn't want to mess with it. Lots of wood I don't really like doing the raised panels. Unsafe to me. Best just to let someone else build them. Maybe a little better than I could. Door and drawer hardware too.

This mornings incense was black cherry.

Went to my dental appointment today only to find that it was for tomorrow. Don't know how I screwed that up. Had to reschedule as I have my eye doctor appointment tomorrow and it was too late to change that one. Now this Thursday. Hate going out anyway.

The Chevy people called. Schedule to change my battery in my car with one that doesn't have the BBQ mode. Next Tuesday. Loaner car. Hoping it wouldn't happen until my new car was here. Don't want the exposure. Anxiety. All this, the appointment, my coffee maker and the car triggered me. Feeling depressed moderately for the day. Want this to be over and done.

Watched the launch of the Japanese rocket. Wish they would leave the countdown clock on the screen. Nice take off but no on board cameras. Solid rocker booster and what looked like only one main engine. Nothing coming up too soon to watch.

Put the dishes up today from the dishwasher. Didn't do any other housework.

No project work today.

Finished the face frame today. Haven't install it yet but got everything ready to install. Will probably work on the drawers tomorrow and postpone installing the face frames.

Started watching a new movie on Netflix. Add in the usual YouTube videos to complete my viewing pleasure for the day.

Car is still outside and I put it on charge. Already got the shop sorted and ready for my car. Not going out for a drive tonight.

Gold moving into $1800 an ounce territory. Crude didn't have a repeat performance today and set another 52 week high. Has gone up a lot recently. Think it might continue to do so.

Bought some Tesla stock. Expensive stuff.

No word on either car.

Ready to put another one in the books.

No lap cat today.

Twist did snuggle with me last night.

No real dessert today. Had cheese and crackers after diner. Think I might sip some adult beverage.

Put the car up. Fully charged. At least to the 90% level that I have set.

Got a call from the Museum of Natural Science today. Mail my auction win. Didn't want curbside pickup. Too much hassle. And don't know where the curbside if located.

Knew I had a new air filter but hadn't seen it lately. Found it. Not where I would usually put it. Getting close to a new HEB delivery order. A few more days. Still got food. Want to deplete my stock just a bit more.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.
