Mostly cloudy today. No rain though.
Sep. 15th, 2021 10:21 pmWe did get some sun peaking through today but it was mostly cloudy. Nickolas has stalled and is dumping just a ton rain and hopefully with it taking a lot of heat out of the gulf. One storm is enough and it came uncomfortably close. Not much of a rain chance until Saturday and then it looks like it might be a wet September for a while. Temperature are going to be up for a few days and then supposedly the first cold front is going to move through here. Now it looks like the 90's are going to be over. Thought that before too. right now my outside temperature gauge says it is 80°F with 72% humidity. Quite a bit warmer than it was last night. The airport reports the official temperature as 80 °F with 75% humidity.
Didn't get anything delivered today but the mail did make it. Looking at tracking I should get something in tomorrow. Thinking about ordering my CNC router. I have two things yet to come in from eBay. My compact router from Rockler is still not here yet. Thought I would just go ahead and order my CNC router but I can't get to the site. Weird and annoying. I will keep checking,
Did my truck start run and drive today. Short loop looking for storm damage around the neighborhood. Didn't really find much.
No lap cat today.
Not sure about the incense today.
Didn't pay any bills
For housework I did my kitchen duty and ran the dishwasher. I also put a load of whites into the washing machine. I haven't run it yet.
I let my anxieties get the best of me today. Can't stop them sometimes. got me pretty deeply depressed today. Feeling better now. As always ready to put another one in the books. The best I can do is take it one day at a time.
Watched the launch of the Falcon 9 crewed mission today. Perfect launch and recovery of the first stage as usual. The crew will be in space for three days.
No project work or wood working today.
No dessert today. Provably won't release my HEB order until next week.
Still can't remember the name of the Netflix series I have started to watch. A good series. I added in more YouTube videos to complete my viewing pleasure.
Just ordered my CNC router. Just decided I wanted one. have to figure out where to put it now. Might rig up some kind of dust box inside.
Gold fell back into $1700 an ounce territory. Crude is making a nice move upwards. Still might set a new 52 week high if it keeps this up.
Need to put our my recyclables this Friday. Probably need to put out my trash bin too. Not full but has been setting too long.
I have been getting nostalgic thinking of much better days in the past.
Lawn company didn't come today.
Put all of my solar panels back out and got them wired up.
Going to be a while before the next watchable launch.
September will be half over after tonight. Days.
Car is in. Not going out for a drive.
I think that is going to do it for tonight.
