Thunderstorm early this morning. Rain and plenty of thunder.

Must have been about 6:00 am or so this morning maybe a bit earlier but we got quite the thunderstorm. It sounded like almost continuous thunder. Woke me up. Fozzy joined me. Usually not too scared of thunder so I don't really know if that was it or he just want to sleep with me. Doesn't look like much chance of rain until next week but it is going to be hot. Looks like after that it is going to start cooling down. Summer is getting closer to being official over. Tonight outside my temperature gauge says it is about 86°F with 74% humidity. Looks like about normal compared to the last several days. At the airport it is officially 83°F with 77% humidity. Didn't do anything in the shop today. Stayed up way to late last night and slept a lot later than I usually do. But get a chance to reset tonight and get back to my kind of schedule.

Got several junk calls today and a few annoying one even though it was a holiday.

Well, didn't do any housework other than to finish running my whites in the dryer. No woodworking and I only gathered up a few items to do some project work but didn't do any. Kind of covers all that in one paragraph.

I finished watching The Manifest tonight. There is going to be a fourth season. Watched more of the Flash tonight too. And some YouTube videos to complete my viewing pleasure for the day. Going to just return my latest Netflix DVD. Don't think I am going to finish watching it. Got to get the car out. Good reason to go for a drive. Take it to the post office to mail it.

No bills paid today. Got Fozzy in my lap now. Twist was there earlier so I have had both cats in my lap today. Fozzy seems to be enjoying it. Looks to be totally asleep. Big cat. Heavy too.

Gold isn't moving much and neither is crude. Seems like they took a holiday too

Incense this morning but I don't remember what it was.

A holiday so nothing was delivered. No more orders but expecting one item to come in tomorrow.

Nothing soon on the rocket launch schedule.

Got to get the car out. I think just straight to the post office and back.

Lawn company didn't come today.

Thinking I got enough rain last night so I didn't water my new sod. Got to check my rain gauge.

Took a nap today.

Got a surprise deliver of BBQ from Mary and Kevin today. Will have some for lunch tomorrow.

Sipping an adult beverage. Probably really should wait until I get back from the post office.

Back from the post office. Got the DVD mailed.

Thinking I want to get a CNC router. Really don't have room for it in my shop though.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.
