Not much chance of rain forecast today but we did get a brief shower. Long enough for me to pause and listen to the rain on my skylight. A somewhat elevated chance of rain for tomorrow but the next four days have a decent chance of rain. So far rain has been spaced well enough and enough of it that I haven't had to water. Temperatures are always changing but still look like they might be just a bit below normal for this time of year. Hasn't been a particularly hot summer so far but still the humidity makes up for it. My outside temperature gauge says it is now 85°F outside with 80% humidity. So warm and humid outside. Have to see what the airport reports for the current temperature and it is 83°F with 83% humidity. Only drilled some holes and some more bungs in PVC. So not just a lot in the shop. Already have the car put up. Thinking about get the car out tonight and putting a few more gallons of gas in it. Doesn't get the best of gas mileage.
Got a couple of items in today. Got my wheels for my inverter generator cart and got my four position USB power supplies. Ordered some more bolts for my inverter generator cart. So two down and one added. Now only have items outstanding from eBay. Might get something in tomorrow. Kind of hard to say based on what I can see from the tracking information.
For housework today I did my kitchen duty. Took all of my project stuff out of the kitchen. Loaded the washing machine with a load of whites. Will run that tomorrow. Vacuumed part of the living/dining room and straighten up and rearranged my mad scientist table.
Was depressed for a good part of the evening. Still feeling it. Just about anything will trigger it. Just time to put another one in the books. Tomorrow. Just have to make it day to day I guess. This is going to be a part of my life. Wish it wasn't. Just got to deal with it.
For project work today. I started to repair one of my light chasers. Not really project work but I trimmed an old drawing down to fit the size of the plexiglass that I have. Want to build a frame for it. A future wood working project.
Didn't really do anything related to wood working.
Had ice cream for dessert at lunch.
No lap cat today. Kind of scared Fozzy when he tried. Sorry.
No bills paid today. I did get paid though. Yesterday. Nice to see that. Not as late as last month.
August is a third over.
Next launch to watch is about two days away.
Gold is making a come back. Now about midway into $1700 an ounce. Crude gain a bit. Now more than twice its 52 week low.
Burned incense today. As usually I don't remember.
Got three junk calls today. Seem to mostly come in the morning.
Don't think I am going out for a drive. The car is already put up.
Got my Linux machine to connect to my Wi-Fi. Using an external connection. Set to 5G. Does seem to be faster.
Didn't put out my trash bin today. Probably put out my recycle bin for Saturday.
I think that is going to do it for tonight.
