It did rain again today.
Jul. 15th, 2021 09:15 pmContinuing with what now seems the norm for this month we got more rain. Not just a down pour but a respectable rain. Just usually wet for this month. Have a ton of standing water. The grown is just so saturated now there is no place for it to go. I think most of it just runs off. Can't hold any more. Tomorrow also has a high chance of rain. Just seems to go on and the temperature are just amazing. So cool for this time of year. Just barely breaking into the 90's. Seems to be a bit warm outside still tonight. My outside temperature gauge says it is 86°F with 96% humidity. Sounds like awful weather outside and it is a bit warmer than it has been. But is could just be my gauge and like always it needs to be checked against the official temperature at the airport. There it is 82°F with 81% humidity. Probably need to bring my gauge inside and dry it out. Did manage some shop work. Just building a blank for turning some wood vases. Just something to use up my scrap wood.
Got my after eating snacks in today. They came in a hurry. Shipped by a company call Bluecare Express. Now the ones that were lost in the mail will probably show up. Got my cleaning solution in today. Ordered some 5 volt buck step down converters. on eBay. Waiting on a lot of eBay items. So many now that I don't want to list them and my Scientific order. Doesn't look like I am going to get anything in tomorrow but Monday might be a bumper crop of deliveries.
Tired tonight and have been in the blues all day. Heard early this morning that one of my former supervisor/friend from work had a major stroke and isn't expected to live. I heard from another friend and haven't gotten any further word. Just kind of sucks. I hopefully will get something soon.
So I have been down about that all day. But have to go on. That phase of life.
So for housework today I did my kitchen duty, hung up my t-shirts and did just a bit more cleaning in the bathroom. Tomorrow I need to take time to relocate my project work out of my office and kitchen back to the mad scientist bench.
For project work I worked on one of the wheel wells for my try cycle. Looks like it is going to work fine. Don't have the materials to do much more on it and it is a long time before the next art car parade. Did some research last night and discovered I can get a 2000 Watt motor. About 2.6 horsepower. Much more power than my current two motor set up and much less complicated. But 48 volt. Could configure something for that. Finished wiring my Bluetooth amplifier/receiver but haven't secured it to the board yet. Works good though. Mounted the speaker in my computer board. Really need to do some code work on my clock and do some more work on that. Still thinking of a lot of daft little projects I can do.
Wood working was just items to support my project with the exception of the lathe blank I am building. Hope to turn that tomorrow. And glue up some other blanks. Just going to use them to turn various things. Just scrap. Put it to some use.
Thursday night meaning that another premium channel free preview weekend could start at midnight tonight. Nothing last week.
Tomorrow is cheese sandwich day. Got everything I need. Bread is frozen though.
Not for sure about today's incense but I think it was jasmine.
No lap cat. Been a few days since I have had one.
Paid my electric bill last night. Nothing today.
My tree trimmer called today. I am on the schedule for next week. Rain delayed.
No more word on my card or from my landscaper
Had cheese and crackers for desert. Been a while since I have had that.
More Lucifer and YouTube videos for viewing pleasure. Have a Netflix movie on the way.
Gold moved into the second quarter of $1800 an ounce. Crude looks to be having problems and is retreating. Looking like a trend now. Supply probably coming up. I keep thinking that will all the electric cars coming onto the market it has to be having an effect on gasoline supply.
Still have to wait a bit for another launch.

Added some items to my HEB Delivery. Probably need to release that this weekend for something like a Tuesday delivery.
I think that is going to do it for tonight.
