Nothing resembling rain today.

Just another day here starting into summer. Just a bit warm and no rain. Don't remember what the rain chances were for today. Really does look like elevated chances of rain for the remainder of the current forecast almost. Scattered thundershowers for the most part. Didn't get any of those today over us though. Temperature are a bit more on the moderate side. Even Monday shows a high of only 83°F Almost cold for this time of here. Should just be blazing hot. The 4th of July right now is not looking too bad. Chance of thundershowers. Enough rain and not too dry to hamper firework sales. Not doing a show this year. Maybe for New Years. Been a home body for so long. Taking a look at the outside temperature it is 85°F with 74% humidity. Always have to check that against the official temperature at the airport which at the moment reports it is 84°F with 76% humidity. Something in the Atlantic. Formation chances have been down graded. That time of year so got to keep watch. Already ready for the cold weather to get here. Maybe not as bad as last winter though.

Knew it had to happen soon. Gas prices are up. Don't remember just how much but they went up. With the price of crude going up it was going to happen. A little surprised that it took this long. Going out tonight to return my Netflix movie to the post office and will check again.

Looks very much like I am going to get another inverter Generator. Don't need two. Have to figure out what I am going to do. Don't know if I got charged for two. Going to wait and see if the second one actually arrives. Didn't get any tracking on the first one. So don't really know what to do or who to call to correct this. Will have to look into it some more. Got to get the second one back to someone. Haven't opened the box. Want to wait until the second one gets here. Already in the pipeline and it can't be cancelled. Checked with Paypal and the first one was refunded. Got to contact the seller and let them take it back. I think it is going to be a mess.

Gold is holding in the top quarter of $1700 an ounce. Crude came really close today to setting another 52 week high. Only missed it by a few pennies.

Nothing in the way of house work today. I am kind of slipping. Will try to do better tomorrow.

Did the truck start, run and drive today. Drove all the way down to the park and came back. Good outing. Going to have to put more gas in the truck soon. Only about 5 gallons or so to keep it from getting old.

Think I hear fireworks going off. Not entirely sure. It is a Friday night thinking it is a bit late for them though. Usually before now. Yes, fireworks. There goes the finale. Loud and quick.

Did some woodworking. Cut out a form for a new light LED Project.

Watched a reply of the launch of a sounding rocket. Really quick. Solid fuel I think.

For project work I completed another light sequencer project kit. Didn't solder on the power leads yet. I used jumper pins on this one instead of wiring it directly. Can change the sequence order now if I want to.

Twist was a lap cat earlier this evening. Wanted to let him sleep longer but it was lunch time. Kind of rare that Twist becomes a lap cat in my office.

Trying to think if I got any junk calls today. Not sure if I did or not. Maybe all my efforts to get on do not call list is paying off.

Got the results back today of my test. Needed to complete my physical. Good. Always afraid of bad news from those. My bad cholesterol is back in the normal range and my good cholesterol is higher. Drugs. Not any change to life style. My platelet count is up. Good there too. Not sure just why that is so important. Doctor is watching it. No sign of diabetes. All reading except one or two were in the normal range. My red blood cell count is back in the normal range too. Was below that on my last blood test. So looking good. No sign of hepatitis C or prostrate cancer.

Didn't pay any bills and burned Jasmine for incense today.

Finished my Netflix movie and will return it tonight. Other items in my viewing pleasure were YouTube videos and the continuation of my Netflix series.

Not a premium channel free preview weekend like last weekend was.

Still have to sort the shop and put the car up tonight. Shouldn't take long. Didn't get much out. Think I will pause and do that right now. Except for putting the car up.

Shop is sorted. Not much to it. Don't know what the cats see in being out in the garage. Always wanting to go out there.

Need to get my HEB Delivery order released. Don't really want to work on it tonight.

Was depressed pretty bad this morning. Doing better now. The test results really helped boost my mood. Still feeling a bit depressed though. Just dealing with it.

Going to take my movie back soon.

Car probably got new carburetor today. Still should have made them just rebuild my existing one. New one is not cheap.

Got a couple of things in today. I got my wheels from Surplus Center today along with my Eye drops from eBay. Didn't order anything today.

Looking at tracking I might get two more items from eBay in tomorrow. Slowing getting back to nothing outstanding. Kind of rare. Still have one Outside China item to make it and a couple more Home Depot items.

Checked the mail box on my way to put up the car and go for a drive to mail my movie back. Also got my JB Weld Wood Repair in today. Wasn't expecting that so soon.

Lots of traffic out tonight. Friday night but still seems high.

Got my movie mailed back. One station up to $2.75 a gallon. Up six cents. Other station hasn't changed.

No trash bin or recycle bin out tonight. Don't have near enough in either one. Lots of those out tonight though.

Long drive tonight. One of our places, Dulce Tapioca closed. Sad.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.
