Expecting rain but none today.

Mostly just the start of warm days and warmer days yet to come. Didn't get any rain but the forecast for tomorrow does show some elevated chance of rain and then on Wednesday there is a fairly high chance of rain. Going to be a warm one again tomorrow and then cool off for the next two days. Kind of the last gasp of the cooler weather before the typical weather for this time of year starts. My outside temperature gauge says it is 80°F with 83% humidity. Going to the airport and looking at the official temperature it says it is 79°F with 86% humidity. Was a rather warm one today but did manage to get some work done out in the shop in sort installments. The fan just doesn't do much when the humidity is high. Hoping we get some rain in the next two days. But not like the floods we have had in the past in May.

Kind of feeling like the end of the last final at school and you know that phase, school is really over and something else is about to start. A whole nother part of life. Like the last day of work. That is over now along with that phase of life and something else is about to start. This time it is far less defined. After school there was going to be work. After retirement what happens next is not really defined. Just going to go day by day for now. Maybe there is a direction that will become clear.

Didn't get anything in today. Nothing from eBay either ordered or received. Thought I might get something based on the tracking but it didn't happen. Might get two things tomorrow. Tracking information can be kind of ambiguous at times. Still going to have items outstanding. The longest one is probably going to be my laser projector. No real date given for that.

Got my servo up and working today. Got the software working and the servos connected to the computer. Just can use two of them until I can get a 5 volt power supply. I think I have something that I can use and hook up a few more servos.

That was my project work for today. Managed some progress on that after letting that project languish for so long.

For wood working today I finished the legs for my chair and got the blanks for the last segment glued together and partially turned one of the spokes for the wheel I am building.

For housework today I did clean the kitchen and did some cleaning in the bathroom. Also swept out the shop. So not just a lot of housework.

Still got to put the shop up and get the car in. Didn't finish charging so I need to put in back on charge tonight.

For viewing pleasure today I watched more YouTube Videos and also mixed in just a little bit of NetFlix which I haven't done in quite a while. Should see what it looks like on my TV now that I have 300 G. Don't know if it will come down in 4K or not.

Gold is still holding its on in the second quarter of $1800 an ounce. Crude backed away from its high today.

lawn company didn't come today. Should come tomorrow. Twist was a lap cat today.

Got the shop sorted but didn't put the car up just yet. Don't think I am going out for a drive tonight.

May10th. Days. Got one junk call today.

Next watchable launch still looks like it is going to be on the 15th. Another Falcon 9 Starlink mission. All of them just seem to go off like clockwork.

Getting close to being done on my HEB Delivery order. Should release it tomorrow.

Did the truck start, run and drive today. Just made the school loop. I think enough to keep the truck in shape.

I think after Wednesday I will end my oil lamp night light for the season. Adds load to the air conditioner. Going to need all of it soon enough.

Still haven't gotten paid this month. Last month was late too.

Just wondering how long I can keep this up.
