Out of the house today. No rain.
Apr. 25th, 2021 10:22 pmNice weather today. Not quite as hot or as humid as yesterday. Just mostly beautiful clear blue skies with no chance of rain and we didn't get any.
Kind of tired tonight. Going to try to make it through my entire entry though.
Now kind of looking like this Thursday has a decent chance of rain. Bot Friday and Saturday have an elevated chance of rain but nothing impressive. My outside temperature gauge says it is 68°F with 77% humidity. Officially it is 68°F with 83% humidity. Humid out but cool. Tomorrow is looking a bit warmer but Friday shows to be back into the 70'S. Finally did turn on the air conditioning today. Was just getting a bit too warm in the house so I turned it own. Probably going to have to switch to the central heat again tomorrow morning to warm the house up. That odd time of year when we have to run both.
Don't know if my lawn company is going to come tomorrow. They didn't come at all last week. Don't want to have to break out my mower and do it myself. Been forever since I have mowed my own lawn.
Did make my lunch with Steve, Mary, and Kevin. Was nice to talk and see them again. It has been a long time since we have had a lunch together. They are all vaccinated but still I was a bit anxious.
Nothing delivered today since it was a Sunday and usually no deliveries and nothing ordered today. My gold backs should be in tomorrow. Might get something in from eBay tomorrow. I only have two outstanding items on eBay. I have my project panels and poplar boards yet to come in from Home Depot and my two oak boards on order from Lowes. Might actually clean all of my orders this week. Got to work on my HEB Delivery order and get it out soon. Supplies are starting to get a bit low but I can make it a while longer and clear out a few more items. Going to just about have an empty freeze.
April 25th. I think the next full moon is on the 27th. Should be pretty full tomorrow. April is almost gone.
Gold seems to be mostly staying in the upper quarter of $1700 an ounce. Crude made a nice run up but has since given a good bit of that back. Lost a little more ground today.
Just the usual morning kitchen clean and dish clearing. Probably need to run my dishwasher tomorrow. Running out of dishes and silverware.
Nothing in terms of project work today. The lunch took a bit out of my schedule today but nice.
For wood working today I finished cutting all the slots in the drawer fronts and finished three drawers. Tomorrow I should finish doing the drawer face raising and start building my drawer. I am going to run out of material before I can finish. Going to have to wait on that to finish.
Got the shop almost sorted. Got to bring my finished drawer inside and put up the work bench. Then time to put up the car.
Did the truck start, run and drive today. Took it to lunch. Seemed like a good option for the truck. Got my drive in.
A possible Delta 4 heavy launch starting about 2:30 our time tomorrow. Actually has a window. The Falcon 9 because of the way the fuel is load essentially doesn't have a window. Will try to watch.
Still intending to listen to Ashley's podcast. Haven't done so yet. Will try again tonight.
No bills today or junk calls. No serious lap cats today.
Don't think I will go out for a drive. Just put the car up. Fully charged now.
