No launch tonight and no rain today.
Feb. 27th, 2021 10:44 pmI thought there was going to be a Falcon 9 Launch tonight but it has been postponed until tomorrow at about 7:30 out time. We didn't get any rain today. The forecast says there might be a stray shower or two tonight though. Looking at the forecast the next chance of rain is Monday and the forecast temperatures have shifted to the cooler side too. It is the weather after all. So got to expect that. As long as we don't follow up on the really cold weather.
Not an eBay day in the delivery category but I did order a couple of more items. Thought about restoring the phone in the garage to service and ordered a two outlet phone receptacle but I got up there tonight and couldn't find the wire to the phone in the garage. Have to try again. It is rather warm up there even this late at night. I thought I might get something in from eBay as the tracking looked promising but it didn't make it and those were my candle scents. Don't think they will come tomorrow since tomorrow is Sunday.
Gold and crude didn't trade today so I get a day off from the report.
So very tired tonight. Been outside trying to see the full moon but I guess the cloud cover is too dense and the full moon just can't peek through or it just hasn't risen yet. I will keep checking before I go to bed.
Since I didn't have a cheese sandwich yesterday I just decided to have my White Castle Hamburgers and add cheese and pickles to them. So that is what I did. Not quite a cheese sandwich but a not too bad substitution.
As I mentioned above the Falcon 9 scheduled for launch tonight was postponed until tomorrow. That does seem to happen a lot but better to be sure than to lose a rocket.
Just checked again and it is pretty much too cloudy tonight to see the full moon. Have tried several times but still haven't been able to see it.
Probably going to release my HEB delivery order Sunday night for a Tuesday delivery. Still hoping more varieties of bread and ice cream come available. At the moment can't get anything other than half gallon and that really takes up more room than I can spare in my limited freezer capacity.
Kind of repeated my usual viewing pleasure tonight and watched more episodes of The Flash. And more YouTube Videos.
Still warm in here. My temperature gauge shows it to be about 80°F in here tonight. The fire heats is probably not going to make an appearance tonight. The outside Temperature gauge shows it to be about 72°F with 93% humidity. Officially at the airport it is 72°F with 90% humidity so a nice agreement.
Tomorrow is LOL Cats day too. Happens every Sunday and I always look for it. Nice lift to the spirits.
No lap cat tonight. Missing Fozzy and Twist both.
For housework today I did my usual used dishes into the dishwasher and kitchen clean up. I also cleaned up the mess I made from doing project work in my office. Not much else.
A combination of woodworking and project work. Only had a thin strip of Oak to use for a project so I had to cut it on my table saw and two small blocks of oak. That was the wood working part of it. Made myself kind of a toy with the color changing LED's. Learned some in case I make another one. Also started on the under cabinet kitchen lighting for emergency lights.
Just checked again and still far too cloudy to see the full moon.
I think that is going to do it for tonight.
