Not sure if this could really be considered rain but I guess it is. Kind of a slow drizzle all day long. Kind of still doing that outside. Haven't checked my rain gauge to see if we actually got a measurable amount of rain today. Might go out and check before bed time. Never did hear anything that sounded like rain on my skylight. Looks like tomorrow may be rain free but the rain chance picks up again on Saturday and runs through Monday. My temperature gauge shows about 66°F outside at the moment and humidity at 99%. Really 100% because it is raining of sorts outside and my gauge only goes to 99%. Officially it is 66°F with 94% humidity. Close. Don't see anything that looks like cold weather for the rest of the month and on into next month. Such nice weather and means more shop time. And I spent some outside today.

Did get something in from eBay today. Nothing placed on order though. It is supposed to be in my mail box but I haven't been out there to check yet. Mostly now I check the mail before going to bed. Don't see anything coming in tomorrow but things are slowly trickling in. I do have an order of some wood coming in from Home Depot tomorrow. Wish I could add to it but don't see anyway to to do that. Could do a free pickup at the store but I don't want to do that. Still waiting on my MaxBright lamp. Looking forward to testing that. I do like my Dietz lantern. A fun lantern and really does put out lot of light.

No housework today except I did make some candles. Don't really count that as project work though so I guess it falls under house work. Trying a new wick in my soy wax candles. Kind of an experiment. Should be ready to test tomorrow.

Did some project work today. I took my 36 volt system apart and plan on redoing the battery storage to make it a bit more compact and user friendly. Kind of convoluted at the moment. Should improve the function of it some. Really doesn't store that much. Eventually my 1kw battery packs will replace it. And it will move to just generally fun type of projects. Don't really have a 12 volt system anymore. Not sure what I am going to do with my 12 volt inverter. Right now it pulls power off of the 36 volt system by a DC to DC converter. Really just need to get another 24 volt inverter. Maybe this summer.

A Falcon 9 is scheduled to launch tomorrow about 8:30 am our time. I should be awake enough to watch it. No too much scheduled for the rest of the month.

Today is January 21st. Days.

Nice weather to be in the shop. Never do get as much done as I think I can. Jus always over estimate what I can get done but it doesn't really matter. I got the small panels raised today and back cut so they fit nicely into the end panels. The panel raise was good. Started on the lower drawer supports. Will work on those tomorrow. Working out all the cutting I need to do for the most part to finish the project. My oak stash has been seriously depleted. Now wish I would have bought just about all of it. Just really didn't think I would get through all of it. Building the drawer support is going to be a lot of waiting. Probably sand on the face frame and get all the joints even. Waiting on my Danish oil to see if I like the medium walnut stain. Might mix it will the light walnut stain if it is too dark if I can and get something I like.

Got the shop sorted and ready for the car.

Fozzy is my current lap cat.

Gold is trading somewhat about half way into $1800 an ounce. Still high. Crude backed away from its recent high by a little. Soon to collide with the 52 week high though because that is dropping.

Tomorrow is cheese sandwich day. Well stocked on all the items I need.

Trying to remember if I can a junk call today or not.

No bills to pay today.

Since it is Thursday night time to check for a premium channel free preview weekend. Not as common now for some reason.

Got the car put up. Has stopped misting or raining. Didn't really see any fog.

Not going to put out my trash bin tomorrow. At the moment not near full. Will have my recycle bin out with a load of paper. Got a lot of that to go out.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.
