Another December day with no rain.

Wasn't any forecast so it would have been a surprise if it would have rained. Supposed to get cold tonight but really warm up to a nice temperature tomorrow and the rest of the week. The next decent chance of rain is this coming Friday and a few days following that. Could be a rainy weekend but it looks like a nice sunny week up until then. And will be a nice warm week too with really decent day time temperatures. At least we have gotten some rain in December but now it is really past the season to be concern with things growing but don't won't things to get too dry.

Still too cold outside to put my tent back up but I might do that tomorrow since the day time temperatures are going to be rather nice. Not up tonight so there won't be any sounds of the night.

Did make it in time to watch the Launch of the Falcon 9. Didn't quite make it through breakfast because I slept later than I had intended too. Still managed to get through my morning routine though. They make it look so routine and easy. Another perfect launch. And the recovery too. Still love to watch it. And make a special effort to do so. Next coming up is on December 10th. Might be as many as four launches that day so possibly a rocket launch marathon. Can almost OD on rocket launches.

Didn't do any project work today. Did track down a manual for one of my previous projects. I know it is around here somewhere but seems much easier just to download and print it from the web. Did some more wood working. Did manage to accomplish some. Tomorrow I am going to apply the final finish to the body case until I run out of finish. I don't know how much I will get done but moved it inside away from all the dust in my shop. Looks nice with just the stain. Still have the skirt yet to do and to finish the top. Don't have the right hinges for it or anything to use for the bottom.

Did some house work too. Did some vacuuming and put some items back in storage. Track in so much stuff from my shop that I need to vacuum some more. Did some dusting today too. Probably need to do more of that. Did a load of t-shirt today. Managed to get them in the dryer.

Being Sunday it is kind of rare for it to be an eBay day but it has happened. Placed an order for more tools today. Got more waiting to do now until I can finish my blanket chest. Well, I don't have material for the bottom so it may just have to look good for awhile until I can get the material to finish it.

Today was LOL Cats and I did enjoy it like I always do. Something on Sunday that I always look forward too.

A little different today my viewing pleasure was the launch and other YouTube videos.

Got my Aladdin lamp lit in my office. I did dress the wick but still not burning quite right. Will try again to trim it. Still puts out a lot of heat and uses a good amount of kerosene too.

Finally wrote a check to pay my lawn company and got it in an envelop ready to mail. I think I will do that when I go out to put up the car. Still have to sort out the shop too but did clean it up some today. Less sawdust on the floor now.

Gold is about midway in the $1800 an ounce range. Crude is still close to its recent high. Last night when I checked gas prices haven't changed even with the recent rise in crude price.

Probably going to work on my HEB delivery order some more tonight.

Fozzy is a lap cat at the moment. No surprise there. Twist also jumped up into my lap today in my office. Kind of rare for him to do that but he curled up and went right to sleep. Both of my cats are lap cats. Fozzy really loves it.

Going to have to take a break in a little while and sort out the shop.

Fozzy just yawned.

And just like that today is the 6th of December. Tomorrow to be the 7th. Days.

Got the shop sorted out and ready for my car. Will put it up later.

Checked the gas prices on my drive and they haven't changed.

About a half moon tonight. Still big and bright and beautiful.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.
