Like most of November, no rain today.

First dry day since we had practically the only two days in November with any significant rain. Since this is the last day of November and December starts tomorrow this month will not have any more rain. I don't know if the two days of rain made up for the rest of the month but until we got that rain this November was the driest on record. Looks like we are in for more rain on Wednesday. And for the weather to turn really cold tonight. Says a low of 31 but will warm up nicely tomorrow into the mid 60's. For two days and then turn back cold. Went from warm to cold with really nothing in the middle. Actually the moderately warm was nice. In for some cold weather for a while now.

Paused for a moment to put the car up. The shop was pretty much already sorted as I didn't get much out today. Normally go for a short drive but decided to just put up the car tonight. Didn't want to be in a cold car although it warms up pretty quick. And the heated seats come on along with heated steering wheel. Not really necessary but very nice.

Got the Aladdin lit in my office and it is already making it nice and toasty. Might have to turn it down in just a little while. Already almost 80 in office. The fired heater is doing its job keeping the rest of the house nice and warm. The outside the thermometer says it is about 39°F outside. The official forecast says it is 37°F in Sugar Land. I think that is at the airport which is not too far from here. Still don't think it is going to be cold long enough to be any problem for pipes. Probably have frost on the ground. I heard that north of here might have a hard freeze.

My lawn company came today to mow the lawn. Didn't take them long as it never does. Has been three weeks since the last time they mowed so probably won't see them for a while again. Maybe not until late December. Got a bill from them today too. One that I have to write a check for and mail. One of the few.

Did the truck start, run and drive today. Took more than one crank to start. Just cold probably.

Both Fozzy and Twist made it into my lap today. Was on the phone sitting on the carpet when Twist took up residence. Fozzy will come into my office and get in my lap.

Won a nice bangle tonight. Won because someone else retracted their bid. I think I have won enough bangles for now and decided to stop bidding. It was kind of a fun thing to do for a bit of distraction.

Not an eBay day today but I did get something in from the Everyday Astronaut store. Just something interesting and for fun.

Going to pause again and put my dishes in the dishwasher. Got that done and back to writing in my journal.

No incense today. I think this morning was the official full moon but I went outside to look tonight and it look big and beautiful and bright and looks very full to me. Really lights up the night sky.

Tired tonight. Cats have been snuggling with me at night. Both of them.

Was supposed to be a launch today but I can't find any replay of it. Next one possible to watch is on the 5th.

Gold is staying below $1800 an ounce and it looks like crude found a new steady point.

No sounds of the night except I think I heard fireworks going off as I was working in my shop. Don't know where or what they would be for.

For house work I put up my used dishes for the day. Actually did a token amount of project work today. Really just drilled a connector. Tomorrow is recharge day.

Did some wood working today. Didn't think I would do any as cold as it was in the shop but I did more than I expected. Brought some inside to do. Much warmer inside. Still have a lot to do on my blanket chest but getting closer. With the warm up tomorrow I should get some more done in the shop.

Viewing pleasure today was more episodes of The Flash and my usual YouTube Videos.

Didn't pay any bills today. Need to sort some mail. Stacking up on me.

Windy outside.
