Weather didn't include rain today.

One rain free day just follows another. Turning out to be a very dry November at least so far. And I thought October was dry. I haven't had enough in my rain gauge this month to measure yet. Still about 11 days left in November but the forecast really only shows one day with an elevated chance of rain for the rest of November. The temperatures so far are about 10 degrees above normal. Still having some very cool nights though. Cold out in the tent tonight. Didn't stay long but did do my sounds of the night listening.

Nothing looking moderately interesting in the Gulf. Maybe and hopefully we have seen the end of the season. Just about 11 days left. Has been a record breaking season. Really don't want another season like this one.

For the sounds of the night I finally know what was making kind of a water spray sound. Never could figure it out until I heard an air conditioner fan go off and the sound stopped too. Now I know. Still not sure why they would be running the air conditioner as cool as it is. I hear them running during the day. I don't think my house warmed up past the fired heater set point today.

Was not an eBay day today but I do need to place an order tonight. I guess I will do that later. Nothing else came in either.

Was supposed to be an Electron launch today but I see that got rescheduled to the 19th. About the same time as before. Going to try to remember to watch it. That will be followed by two Falcon 9 launches in the following few days.

I have my Aladdin lit in my office to but a little extra warmth in here. I can see a little yellow flame finger which if it comes in contact with the mantle will start to carbon up. So I can't turn it up too much. Need to trim the wick. Just going to let it burn tonight. Got the lights turned off and just using the light of my lamp to type by. And the light from the monitor.

Can't really say much about crude or gold. Still about where they were. Nothing much exciting. Not like golds rise to over $2000 an ounce or crude price actually going negative.

More episodes of The Flash tonight for viewing pleasure. More episodes of the Curse of Oak Island have started so I will be watching that. Have already watched the season premier.

I think Fozzy has made it into my lap three times today. Seems to really enjoy the attention.

Got one junk call today. Light day for junk calls.

Probably should do some laundry tomorrow. And maybe some work in the kitchen too. Should vacuum as I think the entire house needs it.

Did place an eBay order. About to run out. Never know how long it is going to take.

No shop work or project work today. No real house work that would count for anything either.

My Aladdin does put out a lot of heat and light. Burns through a lot of kerosene too.

Starting to see a few more platinum coins coming available. My dealer must have at least five coins available now. I guess supply is starting to catch up. Still much cheaper than gold.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.

Not a sign of rain today. Although checking my tent I see the dew has already fallen. Covers the outside of my tent. I'm not sure of what a heavy dew would be but my tent is covered. I see more days of potential rain in the forecast but none for this week. That always changes so I will just have to watch the forecast. Don't really want to leave my tent up if there is a really good chance of rain. It says it is water resistant but I don't know how it would stand up to a rain. I don't really want to find out especially if I have left my blankets in it. Still multiple days of above average temperatures yet to come. Didn't get warm enough to trigger the air conditioner switch but got close. Still warm in the house.

Don't really ever talk about personal stuff on here and mostly just stick to rather mundane stuff and things I do every day. Mostly boring stuff. I had a colonoscopy over two weeks ago and the doctor found a polyp of the type that is more likely to be cancerous. So I have worried about it seemingly forever. Well, I got the results today and it wasn't cancerous. So, some good news and I can always use that. Don't have to get another one done for 10 years now. Evidently those type of cancers are really slow to develop and slow to grow. But no more for another ten years and after having one that is often enough. I did like sedation part. That was nice.

Finally the gulf is quiet. Hope it stays that way. The season officially ends on November 30th but it ends when the last storm is over. So active this years. Broke a record.

Just got back from mailing a bill. One of the few that I actually have to write a check for and mail. Drove to the post office and it is starting to get foggy outside. Not a very thick fog but starting to get foggy. Kind of goes with a dew fall. Got it mailed. Used the outside drop box.

Wasn't an eBay day today. No orders either. Or from outside merchants.

Had both Fozzy and Twist as lap cats today. Twist only stayed a few minutes just to get the attention. I enjoy giving it to him.

No project work or house work today outside of rinsing some glasses and putting them in the dishwasher. No wood working either. Might restart that on Saturday.

Got to check tonight and see if just possibly it is a premium channel free preview weekend. Use to get them all the time now it is kind of rare.

And of course tomorrow is cheese sandwich day. Have plenty of supplies now. Was almost out of butter but restocked.

Did the truck start run and drive today. It was the every other day. Use to do it every day but decided that wasn't necessary.

Well, the lawn company didn't come at all this week. Really the grass doesn't need cutting at all. I guess they are into the every other week schedule now. Probably come on Monday next week. They are pretty good about keeping my yard.

Watched the launch of the Electron by Rocket laps. They also make it look easy. A lot smaller than the Falcon 9 but can't really see the scale. Still a lot of fun to watch it launch. Coming up are possibly two back to back launches of the Falcon 9 for two different missions. Going to watch. Got to remember.

Look at the past several entries and that about says it all for both gold and crude. Nothing very exciting going on for either. Check gas prices tonight coming home from the post office. Didn't see any that had changed.

Got one junk call today. Changing up their approach. So many are just robots.

Did go through the mail today. So much from Medicare Advantage companies. Now is the period to change enrollment. Ends December 8th. Really not much else. I have converted a lot of my paper bills to paperless now and just get them through email. Less to recycle and less to sort through and file at the end of the year. That isn't that far away.

Next full moon has to be coming up soon. Tomorrow is going to be the 20th of November meaning we are now two thirds through the month. December will be here soon.

Probably need to do laundry tomorrow. Meant to do some today but didn't. Sound vacuum some too. The house needs it.
