And again a rain free day.

About the same as all the other days in the last of October and first of November. No rain. Well, pretty much the end of the season anyway. I will probably water some of my landscaping either tomorrow or Wednesday. Starting to get a bit dry although we are getting decent dew falls so maybe that helps to keep it watered. The forecast actually calls for rain tomorrow morning. Maybe we will get some and it will be the first rain for us in November. And the Autumn heat wave isn't going to let up. I finally had to turn the air conditioner on today and it looks like I am just going to leave it on for the next week or so as it looks like the temperatures are going to get into the mid 80's. So warm for this time of year.

Eta shows no clear path. The spaghetti models are in total disarray. Just have to watch it. High pressure should block it from coming this way. We are under high pressure which is keeping us rather warm and dry. Kind of looks like it is going to be only a tropic storm when or if it finally comes ashore. Has been in the Gulf for a long time.

No eBay day today. Wasn't really expecting anything. Didn't order anything today. Did start working on another HEB delivery order today. Should release that in about three days or so. Seem to still be reasonable well stocked with food.

Took down my tent last night thinking that my lawn company was going to come today but they didn't show. So I guess I was off on the schedule. They will probably come tomorrow. Although it probably doesn't really need it as I think the grass has just about stop growing.

Next watchable rocket launch is the 12th. Atlas 5.

No incense and no lap cat so far but I am burning my candles and kerosene lamps. I filled one of my antique kerosene laps tonight and have been burning that just for something different. It does have a new burner and wick but the glass base is an antique so I guess it is mostly antique. I found about all of my antique lamps at glass shows. I think I need to do some trimming on the wick though.

No sounds of the night because I don't have my tent up. Miss my time spent in my tent. If the lawn company comes early enough I will get it set up tomorrow morning.

Spent a lot of time in my shop today working on my blanket chest. Got just about all of the parts cut except for the base and the top. Was a good day to be in the shop. The next few days still might be a little warm to be out there. Going to take some time to set up for the next operation and it is really the part I have to be most careful.

Tonight's viewing pleasure was more of The Flash and to finish watching this episode of Fear The Walking Dead. And the YouTube videos I find to watch. Seams to always be something there to watch.

Gold really took a dive this morning dropping over $100 an ounce. Pretty substantial. Crude recovered a bit. Still a bit below where it was. Haven't check gas prices in a few days.

Got two junk calls today. Well, maybe just one true junk call and then one wanting to give me a free 30 minute roof inspections. And I know the outcome of that would be that I need a new roof. My roof is less than 10 years old so would be considered still young. It would really be like asking a barber if you need a hair cut and the answer would always be yes. I have gotten this call at least three times in the past.

Did just a bit of house work. And a bit is a pretty good description. Just relocated a few objects that needed to be moved to new homes.

Been thinking about my light sequencer and what I could to with it. Don't think I will really start doing more to build the box for it until I have finished my blanket chest. Well, maybe as a break I will work on it. Still really don't have a good idea how I am going to build it. Might be some time for CAD. Cardboard Aided Design.
