A rain free day.

Not unusual any more for that to happen. October so far has been a dry month. Looking at the forecast it looks like Friday has a good chance of rain. A few higher than normal chances for rain in the remaining 10 days of the month. And some warm weather yet to come before the cooler fall type weather finally arrives. About ready for some cooler work in the shop type of weather. But still a week of warm weather yet to go.

Had to take down my tent tonight. My Yard is scheduled to be sprayed for mosquitos tomorrow and he usually comes very early to do that. Really didn't want any overspray getting on my tent. Best to take it down. Might can leave it up tomorrow night since the showers aren't suppose to start until Friday PM but I will be watching the weather. I really doubt that my tent even makes it to water resistant much less water proof. Doing some shopping for another tent as this one is the old style A-frame type tent. Still a very nice tent. Plenty long which seems to be a problem for the newer tents. I can completely stretch out in it. Some review say for the new two person tents people over about 5 foot 7 inch or so have to sleep diagonal across the tent to fit. Coleman seems to make a good one. Will think about it some more. I do enjoy being out in the night air.

Gold is still trading above $1900 an ounce but not by just a lot. Crude fell back a notch today. Erased all of its gains.

The Electron Rocket launch scheduled for today was scrubbed because of some kind of sensor problem. A Falcon 9 is scheduled to launch tomorrow on another star link mission at about 11:14 our time.

Still have my HEB delivery order open. I need to work on that and get it out tomorrow. Probably set delivery for Saturday. Starting to get low on my selection of food.

No project work, no housework to really speak off. Did move my computer off of the kitchen table back to the project table. No incense.

Currently have a lap cat. Fozzy is making the most of it.

The usual sounds of the night. Limited time to really listen because of texting.

Thinking about doing maybe a little more landscaping. Or rather hiring it done.

Would like to see another Houston Museum of Natural Science Auction. Has been a while since they have had one.

Not an eBay day today but I did place an order. Did get a package from an outside company though.

Finished charging the car. Not sure how I let it get so low. Usually keep a close eye on that.

Started watching The Flash series on Netflix. Still mostly YouTube videos for my viewing pleasure.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.

Clear sky rain today.

Well, I am sure there was a cloud involved but the sun was out and the sky was only partly cloudy but we did get a few scattered drops of rain. I never would have known had I not been in my tent out the time. Strange to get a rain like that. But really only a very small sprinkle. Another decent chance of rain starting tomorrow after lunch. Would like to be out in it in my tent just to see how close to water resistant it is. Probably get soaked. Still a few elevated chances of rain for the rest of the month.

I forgot to track my pay this month. I see that I got paid on the 14th of this month. I think that is about the latest I have ever been paid. Try to remember to track it next month. And just like that tomorrow is the 23rd and since it is a Thursday time to check tonight to see if it is a premium channel free preview weekend. Had one not too long ago.

Did the truck start, run and drive thing today. Been taking a little longer loop and not letting it just idle anymore. I just shut it off after I drive. Down to about three quarters of a tank. Probably just add the gas meant for my generator to top it off.

Finished my HEB Delivery order and set it for Saturday. Added an item today. Still trying to think of anything else. Something like more dry good as such.

I think I got two or three junk calls today and probably about the same amount yesterday. Just consider them a nuisance and really not worth keeping track of them.

No incense today but Fozzy did become a lap cat.

Sounds of the night. Tires screeching. Geckos. No air planes. A quiet night with no dogs barking. Winds are calm. Not much happening tonight. Kind of humid outside. Been getting really heavy due falls.

The mosquito contractor sprayed this morning. Let it dry before putting my tent back up. Been seeing more mosquitos lately so I hope that will slow them down a little.

Tonight's Netflix series was The Flash. Other viewing pleasure was mostly YouTube videos.

Another scrub. The second in two days. The Falcon 9 launch today was scrubbed. I think it was the weather. For the Star Link Mission they don't have a window at all. Any delay and they have to scrub. Only one more launch actually scheduled for this month. Maybe more to come but none are scheduled.

Was an eBay day. Got one item in from eBay with two more to go. Nothing expected now from an outside company. Nothing new in the way of orders on eBay.

Tomorrow is cheese sandwich day. Got plenty of bread as I have switched from bread and jelly for breakfast to cinnamon swirl toast.

No really house work. Even less than I did yesterday. I do like my kitchen table now to be computer or laptop free. Might even have to start eating on my kitchen table again.

Just checked and no free preview weekend.

Gold moving in and out of $1900 an ounce. Crude seems to be fairly stable. No gas price checks tonight.
