What to say about another rainless day.

And so we go another day without any rain. Not that any was forecast for today and by the looks of the forecast we shouldn't expect any rain anytime soon. Nothing but below normal and normal rain chance for the next 14 days or so. It is getting late in the season with the nights starting to get very cool. Looks like the days are going to stay mildly warm with maybe a few reaching temperatures higher than that. I see that we should expect some almost cold nights. This morning the household thermometer was a good 5°F below the air conditioner set point. The air conditioner did turn on today but only for brief periods. Looks like tomorrow and the following day it might just run a bit longer.

I got my dumb bells in today. Was just a bit awkward to use them but I guess I will get use to that. Didn't really know what to do with them so tried a few exercises with them. Only managed to get in about 10 minutes total using them split between two sessions. Probably just going to take a bit more time to work into them and get use to them. Just something I have never used before.

No lap cat as of yet but Fozzy did come late last night and stayed in my lap a good long time. My guess is that he will be around a bit later. No Incense today and not an eBay day either. I still have one outstanding item to be delivered and I haven't ordered anything in a surprisingly long time.

Should have gotten out in the shop today and did a bit more straightening up but didn't. Just about another lazy day. But I did kind of cook dinner tonight but it mostly consist of boiling water. Nothing much more complicated than that. And the 28th has passed so we are into wood working season. Tomorrow is the 30th meaning that September will be over after tomorrow and October will start.

There is a big bright moon out tonight that looks plenty full but it is suppose to be a full moon on October 1st. The night seems very crisp with clear skies and a mild temperature. Could still hear the geckos a little.

Maybe a Falcon 9 launch tomorrow. Don't really know because the rocket launch schedule I watch hasn't updated in a few days. Guess I will just have to check the SpaceX site to see if they are going to launch. Couldn't find it on their website but I did see that they actually sell SpaceX merchandise like t-shirts and jackets. Really should have expect that.

Added two items to my HEB Delivery order. Set to deliver on Thursday. Still have tomorrow to add items if I can think of any. Would like a few more items to add to my pasta salad. Probably odd but I use to cut up a can of turkey spam and add it. Actually it was pretty good after it was marinated in the dressing that comes with the salad kit. Seems like I am going 10 days more or less between orders. I probably could have gone a day or two more before ordering again.

Tonight's viewing pleasure was more of Lucifer. And a few YouTube channels. Rick Steves show is usually on when I eat lunch but wasn't today. Not much else on. Usually the Curse of Oak Island is on Tuesday nights but I don't know if there is going to be a new season or not.

No project work today. Did pay a bill today. So easy with on line bill pay. I still have a US mail type bill with a check to pay. Just took care of that bill and got it mailed at the post office.

Gold looks like it is getting close to $1900 an ounce again but the graph I can see shows it hasn't made it yet. Crude is trading now and it has swung a bit during the day but not by just a whole lot. My coin merchant does have one platinum 1 ounce coin in stock and has had for the past several days. The same coin. A bit of a surprise. Might be the design on the coin but it is still an ounce of platinum for a coin. Don't know.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.
