And then it rained.
Sep. 20th, 2020 10:09 pmGood rain today. Got over an inch or so with probably more to follow the next three days or so.
Looks like crude edged up a bit more today. Trying to make it back slowly to where it was but still down. Don't know if it will ever get back to there. Gold just seems to be trading in a range now. After rising so fast and moving past $2000 an ounce then falling back to where it is now. Can't seem to get to my platinum coin Merchant's site tonight. Will comment later if I do.
Had an eBay order cancel today by the seller. First time that has ever happened. Something happening in shipping or something. After one of my experimental projects didn't do so well I really didn't need it anymore. It hadn't ship in like forever so I knew something was wrong. Having it cancel was really a good outcome. Still it would have been nice to have that on hand but I guess I can always order something similar again if I decide I need it.
Didn't really do any kind of project work today. Housework wise I did clean up the Kitchen and run the dishwasher. Now I have a good supply of dishes and silverware again.
Got my HEB Delivery today and got every thing I ordered with no substitutions. Does happen but even when they do substitute which isn't that often anymore they make good choices. I really do appreciate that service a lot. Mostly just food items now. Seem to be good on most of my non food items.
Just two days away from the start of Fall. Still going to be warm here a bit longer. The start of wood working season is the 28th. Now I guess being fully retired but actually still on the payroll I can spend a bit more time in my shop. Gary did hear from work but didn't move forward with it.
I guess my employment is really in name only. I know I don't want to return to work or even part time. Still wondering what is going to happen to my computer. I think I can load Linux on it if they don't want it back. Becoming an administrator for it wouldn't work because Windows Seven is no longer supported for individual computer users. Linux fortunately is a good operating system. I installed it on an old Windows Seven machine and am very happy with it.
No incense today. And no lap cat either. I did get one junk call today which kind of surprised me as I usually don't get any on Sunday and it was one I have gotten several times.
This is Lee and I am calling . . .American Police Officer's. That as far as he gets. I must get at least one a week from Lee. I got one on Saturday too but I don't remember what it was.
Watched another couple of episodes of Cobra Kia tonight. Then it was mostly YouTube Channels.
Still checking the launch schedule. Nothing really solid until the 26th. No date given for the next Falcon 9 launch.
I posted a few days ago every where that I have lived. Been just a few places. I really did enjoy England. I'm so glad I had the opportunity.
