All the rain missed us.

Radar showed what looked like trains of rain moving on either side of us but we just happened to be in the middle and didn't get any. The radar now shows what looks like a light rain outside but none is falling here. Saw a lot of that today but even though radar showed something nothing was coming down or at least didn't reach the ground. Still looks like there is a chance we might get some rain tonight though. Nothing looking like an increased chance of rain until Thursday when it looks like maybe some kind of front is coming through because the temperature drops too. Still warm today and looks like the next three days are going to be about the same.

Lots going on in the tropics, Atlantic and Gulf. Unfortunately Louisiana is in the path of possible hurricane Sally. My heart goes out to everyone in its path. I also have relatives in the path. Far enough inland that it is only going to be moderate winds and lots of rain. Probably going to watch the Weather Channel a bit tonight before going to bed.

I did manage to clean up the kitchen and put all the dishes in the dishwasher and run it. Just have to put them up now. I was just about out of everything. Cleaned up my project table somewhat too. Moved and put away some project material.

Watched some more Star Trek on CBS All Access today. Think I have finally figured out how to connect. Can be a bit finicky. Mostly otherwise for my viewing pleasure it was YouTube videos. Still have one about half finished by the Everyday Astronaut. Also I have been listening to the witch podcast done by my niece.

No incense burning happened today. Twist did pay a visit to my lap twice today. Really made it pay off for him too. My legs finally gave out both times. I do hate to disturb him when he is in my lap.

No junk calls today. That is usually the case for Sunday. Gold and crude aren't doing much to be interesting. Now trading at about the same spot. Gold is going to be interesting to watch. Again nothing in the way of platinum coins available tonight.

Didn't really do any kind of project work today. Just change the batteries on one of my fun projects. Need to start charging that battery pack.

Very quiet night outside tonight. Can just barely hear the crickets and don't hear any of the geckos tonight. Very humid and still outside. Checking the radar again our chances of rain today don't look very promising at all. Just have to be lucky enough to be under one of those rain clouds.

Did read my LOL Cats today. Never miss it. Always a bright spot on Sundays. Wasn't a premium channel free preview weekend. Been a while since we have had one.

Don't think tomorrow is going to be an eBay day. Nothing shows close to coming in. Might actually clear all my eBay orders this week if I don't order anymore.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.
