Rain didn't fall today.

Well, just two days since the last rain fall which is not too bad. Looking a head it looks like decent chance of rain on both Wednesday and Thursday. Going to be a bit warmer tomorrow. Today was decent as far as being a little cooler than usual. The forecast shows that temperatures are going to be a bit lower but still on the warm side for a while to come. But those are always shifting up and down so just have to wait and see. Shows to be 81 °F outside at the moment but the humidity is about 80%. The forecast shows night time temperature are going to be a bit more pleasant not too far in the future.

The track of Marco now shows to be due west but I don't think there is much of anything left of it. That is what might be bringing rain here on Wednesday and Thursday. Still got to keep a close eye on Laura. Still could impact us here. So going to watch it close.

Did a little project work on something I just thought might be fun to do. Ordered some parts for it on eBay and really can't do much more until it gets here. Going to play around with it some mostly entertainment value. Today was an eBay day. Got one package in but still have a few more outstanding. Seems like I am never not expecting something from eBay. I did order a coin today. Just kind of an impulse buy thinking I don't have one of those but really kind of want/need one. Nothing really special. Just a Morgan City Silver Dollar.

Got to check out gold and crude today. Gold is still trading in the $1900 and ounce range. Doesn't look like it got to close to either end of that range. Seems more steady at the moment. Crude looks like it has moved up today a little but I don't think it has gotten above its recent high. Can't really check that on the crude price site I use. Probably could but I don't know how. My coin dealer does show that they have at least some variety of American Eagles in platinum for sale but not much choice. And really that is about all they have in Platinum. Ebay does have a few vendors with coins but mostly just American Eagles. A few other types too though.

Talked to Gary on the phone today for a good bit. Really neither of us have heard much from work. Gary thinks there is some work at least in the form or proposals.

Today's incense burn was Jasmine. Always like the way the house feels after burning incense. So far no lap cat today. Fozzy might still join me as he seems to be a late night type of lap cat.

Had a cup of coffee today. And did start and run my truck. Still going to try to make that daily.

Had a record day for junk calls. Got four today.

Can't really block phone calls. No political polls either.
Kevin also called today. Talked for a little while. Told him about my light sequencer. A few days might be cool enough to do some work in the shop ahead of the official start of wood working season. Really need to straighten up the shop before doing work though. Sweep and all that.

My lawn service came today so it does look like my theory about their schedule is correct. Next week they should come on Tuesday. Don't know if I mentioned that I put out my recyclables last Saturday. Probably a load of paper this time for recyclables. Haven't put out any paper in a while.

The car is charged back up to 90%.

A couple of rocket launches coming up this week. Wow, checking it looks like four launches this week starting on the 26th and one each day. Looking forward to it. The Electron is going to Launch again and two Falcon 9's along with a Delta. Should be a good week.

I heard the gecko's I think chirping earlier. I see them all the time in my front landscaping or maybe it is just the same one I see all the time. Didn't see any dragon flies today.
