Almost New Years Eve and no rain today.

process04Another warm rain free day today. Did get rather warm in the shop and definitely needed to fan to work out there. Probably two more days of this and then for a couple of days it is probably going to be too cold to be in the shop. Nothing much at all in the way of rain chance but it looks like it is going to be windy and cold on Sunday. Big difference in the two forecast I am looking at. One has a really high chance of a "passing" shower on Sunday where the other one shows zero chance. So just have to wait and see. Regardless both show it is going to be cold on Sunday. My outside temperature gauge says it is about 75°F with 91% humidity. Officially at the airport it is 73°F with 90% humidity. No mention of fog.
Got one item in today which was my power strip. Didn't quite make it to the porch. Dropped on the front walk by UPS. Not really happy about that. Did order an assortment of items from Rockler. Odds and ends that I need and some replacement items. Don't see anything coming in tomorrow. Got a number of companies now. eBay, Rockler, Walmart. Missing my shop vac. Used it a lot. Got to wait until Monday at least for a new one to get here.
Going to be New years Eve tomorrow. So another year has come and gone. Didn't have a good day today. Just overcome with melancholy and moderate depression. Deviated from my usually routine tonight to watch a movie from Netflix that has been gathering dust. Got to return it now.
If I remember right the fourth season of Cobra Kia is going to be release tomorrow. Maybe available after midnight tonight.
For viewing pleasure today it was just the Netflix DVD movie and YouTube. Got to check after midnight if I remember to see if this is a premium channel free preview weekend last last weekend was.
No bills paid today. Got to pay my lawn company bill and my property tax bill. Going to be a big one but at least I have to exemptions this time.
This morning's incense was Lavender.
Fozzy snuggle with me while I was watching my movie. Twist snuggle with me some this morning.
No housework today. No project work either.
For wood working I finished my lathe duplicating jig. I need some short bolts to secure it but I don't think I have any that will work. Will check further tomorrow. Also finished the base of my CNC router stand.
Nothing anytime soon for watchable launches.
Got two junk calls today.
Tomorrow is cheese sandwich day.
I think I am going to break out my bottle of spackling apple juice tomorrow and celebrate the New Year.
Gold dipped below $1800 and ounce but came back strong and moved decently back into $1800 an ounce. Crude edged up a bit more today. Slowly gaining ground again. Doesn't look like gas prices have changed.
Already sorted out the shop and have the car put up. Not going out for a drive. Maybe Saturday take my lawn company bill and my movie to the post office. Seems like I mostly back my car out of the garage and drive it back in. Then some to the post office or doctors visits.
Probably get back on routine tomorrow. The cookies got me off my routine.
I think it is about time for another Houston Museum of Natural Science auction. Haven't seen one.
I think that is going to do it for tonight.
