Rain free Sunday.
Feb. 6th, 2022 10:34 pmWas a dry and cool day. Did get cold last night. Forecast low of 32°F but at least by my outside temperature gauge it dropped below 28°F. Glad I had my outside temperature gauge. It did freeze last night. My water dish for the feral cats in the neighborhood had a thick layer of ice in it. The forecast shows the temperature is going to stay well above freezing over night so even allowing for some error it should be alright. How the forecast does change. Doesn't look bad at all for shop work the rest of the forecast. Nothing looking like too high of a chance of rain though. Some increase towards the end of the forecast. My outside temperature gauge says it it 44°F with 80% humidity. Officially at the airport it is 45°F with 80% humidity.
Checked the Costco buying program today and found that my dealership does participate. I think my salesman knew he was lying about it when it told me it wasn't. If not contacted by them I will contact them and tell them I want my current order to be purchased under that program. A little miffed that I wasn't told the truth. Got to fix it.
Did Okay today mood wise. More bad dreams and feel that creeping feeling of hopelessness move though me today.
Really tired tonight from dealing with the last three days of cold. Should be able to sleep tonight. Don't know about Monday night. Might be somewhat of a problem. Will have to monitor my outside temperature gauge.
Nothing in today. Rare on Sunday but it does happen. Ordered some more wire on eBay and some more postage stamps from the USPO. Was down to just two stamps. Got four outstanding item on eBay. Don't think I am going to get anything in tomorrow.
Viewing pleasure hasn't changed. Locke and Key and We Are All Dead. YouTube videos.
Astra is going to try again tomorrow. About noon or so our time.
Gold is back into $1800 an ounce. Bouncing quite a bit. Crude didn't set another record today. Close but didn't quite make it.
For house work today. I cleaned a couple of spots on the carpet and vacuumed the mad scientist room and the guest bedroom. Some kitchen cleaning and replacing bin liners. Went through my mail.
Paid my lawn company bill. Also did my vote by mail request and mailed that along with my lawn company bill. Did get the car out put I put it up again.
No wood working.
For project work I set up an FM broadcast on my Raspberry PI's and worked some more on my fiber optic binary clock. Just bought some Peltier junctions for another project I have in mind.
Did read LOL Cats this morning.
Need to refill my oil lamp with oil.
Twist every as always lap pirate. No snuggles last night.
I think that is going to do it for tonight.
