Warming up tomorrow but no rain today.

Was just a bit warmer than yesterday but not by much at all. Didn't want to work in the shop. Things to do in the house to take up the time. Tomorrow should be warmer so time to get in the shop and do a few things. Possibly looking at rain on Saturday and colder. Temperatures are going to be up and down it looks like for the future. Have to make the warm days count for shop time and maybe brave the cold a bit for short periods. Don't know if there is enough pure inside work to keep me busy. Probably is. My outside temperature gauge says it is 54°F with 65% humidity. Officially at the airport it is 49°F with 82% humidity. A big swing in humidity.

Didn't get anything in today. Thought I might get one item but probably tomorrow. Can't tell for the most recent tracking. I did order some hose and fitting to build my vacuum cleaner vessel. Don't really know what to call it. Basically it just increases the capacity of the shop vac. Based on the construction it looks like I would be changing those bag filters a lot without this kind of pre-filter installed. So, eBay, Home Depot and Jehu outstanding.

For house work I did kitchen duty plus some cleaning. Some work in the bathroom and a little vacuuming. Unboxed my wood and stored it with the rest. Fifty board foot of that. A lot of wood. My stocks are replenished. Probably good on wood for awhile.

No real project work. Did put a longer cold on my old college digital clock. Used a surplus extension cord.

For wood working projects I did some more work on the China Cabinet lights. Seems like the 3M tape is going to work.

Didn't get the car out. No shop work today.

Twist has become quite the lap pirate.

Got two junk calls today. Calls from Center Point Energy about power out. Not here though. Might have had a short drop out. Computers stopped.

Gold is well into $1800 an ounce. Crude is making another run at a 52 week high. Not that far away and it might just do it again.

Just 10 hours to the launch of another Falcon 9 Star Link. Four more after that then a Virgin Orbit.

For viewing pleasure today I finished watching "Don't Look Up" and switched to "The Witcher". Not really following the plot there at all. Got to find a new series or movie.

No bills paid today.

Both cats snuggled with me this morning. Find that to be very special. Enjoy sleeping with both cats.

No change to my HEB delivery order.

No desserts today. Out of those. Food is running a bit low but still plenty for a while yet. Resupply on Friday. Including a slice of cake for a special event.

Feel odd that this is already January 12. Days.

No more word on either car.

Still need to pay my lawn company and my property tax. Try that again tomorrow.

Did Mostly Okay today. Felt that sense of hopelessness again. Not too strong today. Hard to get started today. The usual morning depression and bad dreams last night. Had trouble staying asleep.

Tracking says I should bet my plywood in tomorrow.

Can't seem to track my Jehu order. No account there.

Took a nap. No cat snuggle.

I think that is going to do it for tonight.
