This one was rain free.
Dec. 21st, 2021 10:40 pmNothing today in the shape of rain. Totally dry. Nothing that looks anything like impressive for rain chance even into next year. Looks like tomorrow is going to be warmer and then Christmas is going to be really warm. I mean like late spring warm instead of close to the first day of winter. Have to wait awhile for any cold weather I guess. Did do some work in the shop and wore my sweat shirt. Was a bit cool but no problem to be in the shop. My outside temperature gauge says it is about 53°F with 65% humidity. Officially at the airport it is 49°F with 78% humidity.
Got a couple of items in today. Got my saw blade and my late chasers. Tracking said I was supposed to get my MLCS order today. Must have been delayed. Has been happening a lot. Didn't order anything else today. Still haven't got my power strip. Really late so I think I am just going to have to write that one off. Never gave me any kind of tracking number. Just ordered another one. Tired of waiting on that one.
Just checked. MLCS was Delayed. Should be here tomorrow.
No bills paid today. Don't remember my incense this morning.
Twist was a lap pirate. Just takes over my lap and doesn't like it at all if I try to do anything other than pay attention to him. Twist snuggled with me today on the couch. He gives great snuggles. Twist joined my on the couch tonight while I was getting my eye treatment.
Got up early this morning and watched the Falcon 9 CRS mission. Just like in the past. So easy and done.
Got another one to watch possibly in about 10 hours or so.
View pleasure was the same as yesterday. The My Name series if probably close to the end at least for season one. The new Karate Kid Series isn't far away.
Gold dipped further into $1700 an ounce. Crude isn't moving much. Staying close to where it has been the past several days.
Did some vacuuming for housework today. Took down the tent and vacuumed where it use to be. Put up the rest of my HEB delivery order. Got frozen Bananas now. Should freeze the cherries too.
For wood working I finished staining the Display cabinet. Still need to poly the bottom. Got the base cabinet ready to stain. Took everything off the top and inside. Really want to finish that this week. Don't have the material for the back but I can finish everything else. Get the glass shelves in and see what the lights look like.
For project work I mounted the two Low Trigger 8 solid state relays on their bases. Still need to get my star running.
Need to sort the shop and put up the car. Not going out for a drive.
No word on either car. Think I will put the shop up now.
Got that done.
Got two junk calls today.
Did okay as far as my mood today. Felt the usual morning depression. Know it will always be but even though I know to expect it still it doesn't feel good at all. Brain chemistry. Didn't get the creeping hopelessness feeling today like I did yesterday. Having got a few things done and out of the way always helps.
Going to set my phone for the Launch. I think I can watch it.
I think that is going to do it for this entry.
