It was yesterday. Windy with no rain.

It could have just as well been yesterday. Pretty much a copy of it today. Lots of wind, clear skies and no rain. No chance at all of rain. Was very nice even with the wind. Nothing much in the chance of rain until the middle of next week. Going to get cold tonight and close to it for the next few days or so and then it looks like decent fall weather is here. Did do a bit in the shop. Nice and comfortable even with the even present mosquitos. Right now my outside temperature says it is about 59°F with 42% humidity. Still a dry night out and on its way to being a cold night. Did sleep under a blanket last night. Did get cold. Officially at the airport it is 55°F with 52% humidity.

Didn't get anything in today and didn't order anything from anywhere. Did get a notice that my auction win from the Houston Museum of Natural Science shipped today. Excited to see what I won. Want to display them in my China cabinet. Still have things due from eBay and Rockler. Got my coffee maker so that reduces the count by one. I have five items outstanding on eBay and looking at the tracking one is estimated to arrive tomorrow. Tracking doesn't look promising though.

I will probably work on my HEB delivery order tomorrow and release it for a Monday delivery. Down to just about nothing. Getty pretty slim but still plenty to go. Can cook a few things and make to for a while longer if I wanted to.

Fozzy was a lap cat this morning. Got in my lap while I was sitting on the couch. Pretty much a first for Fozzy. No snuggle cats last night.

For viewing pleasure today I watched a new Netflix series and more of Super Girl along with YouTube videos. This is not a premium channel free preview weekend. Checked this morning.

Had my cheese sandwich today. Tradition for Friday.

Did some cleaning in the bathroom for house work. Not much.

Going to put both the recycle bin and my trash bin out tonight. Recycle is full and Trash bin is getting a bit heavy.

No real project work. Did move my binary clock to the kitchen table and put it on a new power supply.

For wood working I got the last piece of the face frame glued in place. Worked some more on the drawer and got everything pretty much fitted. Still have to trim the back panels and install the drawer guides. Drilled the holes to attach the base plate. Wanted to get more done but it seems the time just disappears and I never get as much done as I think I can. Also got the bottom trimmed and installed. Used my Japanese pull saw to trim the notches. Did a good job and makes a really smooth cut. Should get a big one.

No bills paid today.

Got one junk call. Been blocking calls left and right but I can't do that on my land line. Also asking to be put on do not call list seems to help. So far stopped getting the "The reason for the call" calls.

Crew launch tomorrow. Falcon 9. Looks to be close to 1:30 in the morning our time. Doable. Usually ups at that time anyway.

Got to sort the shop and put up the car. Think I will do that now.

Got the car put up and moved the recycle bin to the curb. Ready for pickup. It is really cold outside. Probably need a blanket tonight. Nice to feel.

Gold fell deeper into $1700 an ounce. Crude seems to be trying again to set a new 52 week high. Moved up today.

Lunch with Mary and Kevin on Sunday.

Got my new coffee maker set up. Different from my old one. Action and controls. Think the old one was more intuitive. This one still does a good job. Has a strong feature which my old machine didn't have. Don't know how it is suppose to work though. Thinking I need to do a test just to see if I can make a second cup of coffee from a pod and see how it taste.

No more word on either car. Hope my new car does make it.
