Did good today. Plenty of rain.
Oct. 11th, 2021 10:23 pmGot a good rain early this morning. I wish I knew how much but I broke the holder for my rain gauge. I have since fixed it and will put it back out tomorrow. About an average chance for rain tomorrow and then an above average chance on Thursday and Friday. After that it looks like the mini-drought is back. Not much chance of rain at all. Going to see a big drop in temperature Friday night. After that it looks like Fall is here and is going to be really nice. A little bit on the chilly side at nights. Might be the time to break out a blanket to sleep. Kind of looking forward to that. Right now my outside temperature gauge says it is about 78°F with 74% humidity. The airport reports the official outside temperature as 77°F with 77% humidity. Didn't do any work in the shop today.
Got triggered early this morning and couldn't shake it. Depressed and still am. Ready to put another one in the books and hope tomorrow is better.
Today was a holiday. Was Columbus day but now according to the real history Columbus was not exactly a nice person so it has been renamed Indigenous Peoples day. A better name for a holiday. No deliveries today. No mail either.
No surprise but I can't remember this mornings incense.
Didn't do any woodworking but did do some project work. I worked on the software some more for my Binary clock. I did install part of the software for my CNC router and have downloaded the tutorial. So probably tomorrow I will start going through the tutorials and actually get to use my CNC router. Probably just a dry run with no router installed. A safe start.
Did my kitchen duty for housework. Hung up my t-shirts in the laundry closet to finish drying. Didn't completely dry them in the dryer. Put my Solar Panels back out.
The lawn company came today. I guess it wasn't too wet.
Put my chair on the back porch and sat outside for awhile today. Just feels good to be outside. Can clear my mind a bit.
Don't think anything is coming in tomorrow. Outstanding from Walmart, Home Depot and eBay.
For viewing pleasure I got too much into "The Squid Games" on Netflix to switch at the half way point to "Sex Education". Added in some YouTube Videos as usual.
Didn't work in the shop so the car is already in.
Didn't hear anything about either car today. Usual.
I think I got four junk calls today. Starting to get more and more on my cell phone. Blocking as many as I can.
Paid my electric bill today. Down quite a bit.
No desserts today.
Didn't get paid today. Looks like it might really be late this month.
Not going out for a drive.
Gold still holding about the mid point of $1700 an ounce. I think crude did hit another 52 week high. Not at all sure. I might be reading the chart wrong for today.
One more day and then their might be four launches on consecutive days. Lots to watch.
My shoulder is still tender. The redness is pretty much gone but can still see a very slight bump. Next week is my Flu shot. Going to get that in the other arm. Thought I got my shot on Wednesday but I checked and I see it was on Thursday. Can't keep track of the days.
Went through the mail and my deliveries. Do have some more wash clothes on order. Most of mine are pretty much worn out.
