For now and a few more days. No rain.
Oct. 7th, 2021 10:50 pmI think the forecast for today said that rain was impossible today. And they were right. I don't think anywhere in this state got rain. And it looks like that trend is going to continue until probably Monday of next week when the right chance finally goes back up to a decent level. Looks like it is going to stay warm well into next week too. Even the night time temperatures are going to be up. Going to be maybe a bit on the light jacket weather for the next two nights though. Got my tent up today and might go out and do some deep listening tonight. Right now my outside temperature gauge says it is 75°F with 71% humidity. The airport reports the official outside temperature as 73°F 78% humidity. Didn't do anything out in the shop today. Didn't want to miss the package from UPS. Needed an adult to be home to get it. Did get it. Got to deliver it now. Maybe tomorrow.
My arm is sore. Skinned my knee yesterday. No word on what is wrong with my car. Don't think I should have to pay for it. They screwed something up and didn't fix it right.
No lap cat yet.
Todays incense was Dragon's Blood. Pretty sure about that.
Tomorrow is cheese Sandwich day. Got fresh bread for it. Really kind of want something sweet tonight but don't want to deal with the usual heart burn the freeze dried ice cream sandwiches seems to cause. Did have a root beer for lunch instead of my green tea.
For viewing pleasure tonight I re-watched part of "The Gladiator" and more of the Squid Games. Dubbed into English. Might chance to just subtitles and listen to it in Korean.
No bills paid today.
Didn't do any housework, project work or wood work today. Had some major departures from my schedule. Somehow the time did pass.
Nothing for dessert today. Should have ordered some candy. Should have cooked today but didn't feel like it.
Gold still holding about in the middle of $1700 an ounce. Crude made another run at a 52 week high but fell short. In a good position for tomorrow.
Didn't do any work on my HEB order.
Got my vitamin D in today that I mistakenly ordered. It will keep until my current supply runs out. Probably get my fish oil in tomorrow. Didn't order anything.
Tonight is Thursday night which means I need to check for a premium channel free preview weekend after midnight. The car is out but the shop is sorted. Just have to put it up. Don't think I am going for a drive. Need to put it on charge.
No word on my new car.
Nothing until New Sheppard launches in 4 days. Suborbital and more or less just an expensive carnival ride.
Felt decent enough today. Plenty of anxiety today but I didn't let it trigger me. Still feel just a bit in the back ground. Maybe I can sleep a little better tonight.
I put up the car.
I think that is going to do it for tonight.
